It is of a good size, color is nice, it works, serves it's purpose. However the shipment includes a thank you card that says if you purchased an item and like their facebook page you will receive a free gift. I "liked" their fB page, then private messaged them about the gift promised. They replied I had leave a good review. That implies you don't get a free gift when you purchase an item, without giving it a positive review FIRST. This leads me to not trust this company and afraid it's not made of the safe ceramic that it advertises, and because it's from China, often times products are not regulated properly and safely for health.

I really wanted this cup to be great but it's not as advertised. The lid has a notch for a spoon or something which renders it useless as a strainer holder. If there is any liquid left in the leaves it would be all over your table. I returned it thinking it was a mistake but the replacement was exactly the same. Sad day.

I am obsessed with this mug and use it daily. My acupuncturist told me to drink mint tea every day, so this has been PERFECT. I just heat up water and pour, put the lid on and let it sit. Sometimes I even make the tea at night and let it sit on my nightstand, and then when I wake up I take the top off and strainer out and enjoy my perfect cup of mint tea (I don’t care if it’s not hot in the morning). This mug just makes the whole tea-making thing so hassle free. And the mug is also a nice size, so I’m always satisfied with the amount of tea that I get. The strainer is awesome too because it has such tiny holes, so no tea leaves ever escape. I sometimes use it to rinse half a cup of quinoa before cooking — it won’t fit more than that, but it’s perfect when cooking for yourself.

This beautifully colored pink tea cup with infuser is perfection itself! The cup is lovely to hold, and all of the colors it comes in look lovely. The infuser works perfectly, and helps to make an excellent, good sized cup of tea! When I can decide which other colors to select, I am going to order 3 or 4 more as Christmas presents, for I think the cup would make a wonderful.present, and I was also impressed at how perfectly wrapped and protected it arrived in it's own box. Lovely!!!!

The mug is stable, needed for its hot contents. Its design is simple, elegant: the handle securely holds up the cup of hot tea. I love the metal diffuser which I prefer to ceramic or glass. Cleaning is easy even with my two white mugs (one for my husband and one for myself). Thankful I found this mug; the photos and description online were accurate.

Pros:Super light weight. I was actually surprised that it didn't break upon arrival.Cons:Since the base is smaller than the top and it's pretty tall, comparing to regular mugs, it's very easy to topple. With today's electronics everywhere, having this on a table with your phones, TWS earbuds, keyboards, mouse, etc. is not a good idea.The metal filer's edge are not as smooth as I liked. It's very thin and yet strong enough to hold it's shape. Handling the filter requires caution because it's so thin and not as smooth as I've seen other similar filters, I was afraid it might cut my hands when using it.Because of these two cons are kind of major issues for us, we return the mug.

I like to grow my own chamomile, peppermint, lemon verbena, lavender... all kinds of tea herbs. I hang them to dry on my porch and all winter long I can snip or pull little handfuls of my herbs to brew in this cup, it's like a little warm cup of summer. I really love the large basket and the lid that keeps your tea hot and doubles as a place to set your basket when your tea is done brewing. It's my favorite tea cup, I didn't even think that could be a thing but here we are! It's easy to clean too, much easier than digging soggy tea out of those dumb little brewing balls that never hold enough herbs anyways. Seriously considering giving christmas gifts of loose teas and these cups 🥰

I love this mug! I picked yellow because I wanted something cheerful and sunny in my environment, and this mug did not disappoint!The strainer is perfect for even very fine teas, only some stevia leaf has mangaed to escape through it, which is very impressive. The lid fits into the strainer tighty while you brew your tea, trapping heat and oxygen in for teas that prefer that style of steep. I love how the strainer fits into the lid so that you can manage your tea at your desk - it's amazing to have a nice place to set your strainer.All in all a fabulous tea mug. If you have a tea drinker in your life, they'll enjoy getting this workhorse of a little mug! If you are looking for a good way to introduce yourself to the world of loose leaf teas, this would be a great mug to use to start!

Great quality, really easy to clean, perfect lid and diffuser, looks great, ships fast, and the packaging was secure. The reason for the 3 stars is that this cup is ridiculously top heavy. The first cup I knocked down and broke, I thought it was an accident and bought a new one. I proceeded to knock the new one down about 4/5 times, once spilling my tea all over my electronics, before realizing it’s the cup’s weight distribution, not just my clumsiness. The slightest nudge (especially when full) will knock it over. I hope in future designs, there will be some kind of weight at the bottom to compensate for the heavy top. I recommend only buying this if you are hyper aware of your surroundings at all times and never knock things over.

I received this cup about a month ago. I ordered it as a gift for a birthday. Today I open the box to put the mug in a bag and I checked the cup all over then opened it up and there was a tea stain inside the cup! This had been used!! I was able to wash the cup clean in order to give it to my friend but how disappointed I was to spend all the money and effort for that.
