MermaidHard Anodised 14" Roasting Dish With Integral Handles - Made in England by Samuel Groves

I had one of these for nearly 50 years, but it started to stick lately so bought a new one, which is as perfect as the original one was all those years ago, nice when something last so long, I always wash it by hand though as it's so easy to get clean.

The roasting tins are impossible to clean and look a right mess ever since the first use. Most disppointing thing I have ever bought in 20 years on Amazon.

I debated for ages before buying this as it is expensive compared to other dishes I have bought. However, I have bought so many roasting dishes over the years where the non-stick coating inevitably comes off leaving them useless, so have wasted so much money. I have only used this a couple of times, but I seasoned it as recommended on the Mermaid website and my roast potatoes did not stick at all and the dish washed easily. Also, I have quite a small oven through lack of space in my kitchen and this was a perfect fit, whilst being big enough to do a roast. I will give it a few months and if as I suspect it still comes up trumps I will definitely be buying further items in this range. Also delivery was fast.

good quality and does exactly what the manufacturers claim it will do. Worth the money but cannot be washed in dishwasher

Read lots reviews before purchasing and not disappointed.Use for everything from roasts in oven, to frying large batches of bacon and eggs on hob or as high sided grill pan.Nothing sticks and they wash perfectly clean very time.I have bought two and do not regret it.Highly recommend.

This is the worst roasting dish I have ever purchased. I first time I used it the meat stuck to the bottom, even though it is advertised as NON stick and I used oil. The second time I used it, I roasted potatoes and used duck fat to roast them in. The potatoes were completely ruined as they were stuck fast to the bottom. I ended up serving my friends with odd bits of potatoes as half was left stuck fast to the bottom. The edge's of this dish are really badly finished and whilst washing it up I found it very sharp on my hands. A complete waste of money as I will not be using again! Stir well clear much better CHEAPER roasting dishes on the market.

As the title suggests, 'stuck on you'! Wanted to have easy roast potatoes, vegetables etc in the oven but everything sticks! Not happy with the product, would not buy again!
