Nice and thick perfect for workouts. I don't like wearing shoes when I work out. This gives me some protection from the floor whether I am doing resistance training or other exercises. The mat doesn't appear to slip or move on my laminate flooring . The mat is very thick and long. I'm only 5ft3 so perfect length for laying flat. I roll it tight when finished and then hold the roll between my legs (to prevent unravelling) and I find it fits easily back in the bag. Perfect mat for my needs, easy to use and would buy again

Great comfy, squishy mat. Not one of those thin pieces of material that is of no benefit whatsoever when laying on a cold hard village hall floor. The hip bones actually had some protection underneath and made the Pilates just that little bit more bearable. Not only did it come in its own bag it has an elastic that keeps it wrapped up to fit into the bag. Excellent value.

Great yoga mat comfortable to use arrived quickly highly recommend recommended comes in a lovely bag as well. Keep it together.

A lovely big , strong, and thick mat, which I am confident will give great service. One small problem: The mat comes with a black storage bag, but it's delivered wrapped in strong black plastic, which is the same colour as the storage bag. So when you cut open the packaging, you also destroy the storage bag! Thank you PS there is a label that says don't use knife or scissors, but it's v tough polythene with strong tape. So how do we open it??
