This was my second purchase of this cable for another set up. The original 75' purchase of this brand work so well, I was confident with this second cable. I use these cables to connect IR remote extender in my house.

I needed to extend an iron blaster about 40' and this worked perfect.

I needed a very long extension for my IR blaster in my movie room. I ran this under my baseboard to th IR receiver. Works great!

Im piggybacking off a cable box in another room.. The extension cable (75') plus the receptor cable (10') may cause poor reception of the remote signal. I have to hold the remote facing the receptor within 1 foot to power on or operate the cable box. Further distances will not work. I may have been able to get by with a 50' extension length. There is apparently some signal loss in the long length of the extension. Remote battery strength not an issue. Remote without extension (over the air) works 20' away from cable box in the same room.

Works for infra red so I can use one cable box for 2 rooms. I had to run a 2nd HDMI through the attic and fish it down the wall along with the IR cable. The cable simply plugs into the back of the cable box. Arrived in just a short time. Pleased with this purchase. :)

Used this to extend the range of an IR remote control extender. It works fine, but I think it is overpriced.
