I have to admit when arriving in the mail. They looked dinky and thin and like they couldn’t do anything. This product is not for me. I have a very high arch. I saw the one star reviews and tried it on for myself and I felt the pressure of the pad securely on my foot. I didn’t feel a real change of course, but I did feel a difference. I got them for my husband. He has been using them the past few days at work. And he really likes them. He had somewhat flat feet and working on his feet all day is not helping. We actually bought two pairs. One for his work shoes and one for his regular everyday shoes. It is a great product for him. He absolutely loves them. I do recommend. I do realize we all have different feet shapes despite the same size. In this case, the product is spot on!

I had been dealing with plantar fasciitis for months, had a shot finally which helped but still had some pain each day. My sister recommended ordering these to wear daily and they have helped me SO much. You don't even know you are wearing it after a few minutes. Wear them in all my shoes, sandals and sneakers. I even shared one with my mom who started having similar foot issues and it helped her too. Amazing "fix" for for under $9.00

I have purchased these in the past and loved them. This time around they were awful, I should have retuned them. No support, not effective

If it had been possible to submit this review with zero stars, I would have. For anyone who needs even the SLIGHTEST arch support these are a joke. They have a very THIN piece of foam. This is what this company calls arch support? It's sad . . . don't buy these!
