TsukinekoStazOn Midi Ink Pad, Orange Zest

I bought this for stamping eggs from our backyard flock. It imprinted evenly with a nice saturation. The photo on the right is after hardboiling and ice-bathing it, so I'd say the waterproofness is great!

First buy of StazOn ink. I've been crafting for twenty some years but have never wanted to try it. I stay away from stamping that requires multi surface ink. I was concerned that it might have an odor and had actually been told that it ruins stamps. I decided to try it when the shrink plastic sites said StazOn was the recommended ink. Low and behold it does not have an odor and not only that it has it's own cleaning solution that cleans the stamps so they look like new. Not to mention it worked perfect for my shrink plastic project.So, moral of the story is that this is a good product, easy to use and easy to clean up.

This ink pad is so small that not one of my stamps fit! If the size of this pad is listed in the description I missed it. But I believe that the title should reflect its size or its dimensions should be listed more clearly for the buyer. It lost one star due to its size rendering it basically useless for most stamps.The color is pretty. Lid is not attached to bottom.

I was very excited to get this ink based on the reviews. And it even smells yummy, like almond extract. However, I bought this for a stamp that is 2"x2", and the description states this ink pad is 2-1/4" x 2-1/4". The ink pad itself is actually only 1.5" x 1.5" so does not fit my purposes. The product description needs to be updated to state the actual ink pad size. The 2-1/4" is the size of the outside of the product.

I bought this because I was under the impression that stazon was the goto for permanent, waterproof stamping. The ink,color is lovely and the packaging is nice, but its not waterproof at all. The ink smears with the slightest moisture, even after it has plenty of time to cure. I'm stamping on cork, so its definitely a challenging surface (although less challenging than I would expect smooth, nonporous surfaces to be), but stazon is definitely a let down.

This is a beautiful rich, dark, navy blue. Exactly what I was looking for. Words I stamped with this ink pad came out crisp and clear.

This is a lovely shade of dark blue..less purple than most navys. It is very saturated and stamps well.

Farbe und Stempelergebnis sind super. Allerdings muss man auf die Maße achten. Hier sind die Außenmaße der Dose angegeben. Das Kissen sich ist deutlich kleiner. Wir haben es für einen 50mm Stempel gekauft und dafür ist es, trotz der Angabe von 5,7x5,7 zu klein.
