The recipes make ice lollies that are more like flavoured ice, and if you suck the flavour from them, you’re left with just ice. Other ice lolly books give more substance so that the lollies are actually made of flavour and not just ice. It may be possible to combine methods and use the ingredients here, but in isolation I think these recipes have missed a big trick.

Not really tried out yet as bought as Christmas stocking filler as we are planning summer party, looks ‘cool’ tho
