There was nothing really exceptional about the book. None of the information was new or different or surprising, it was a book I had to read for college. It does, however, provide itself as a separate individual resource for people looing into Family Therapy and any research methods (or, as the title suggests, foundationa of evidence-based practice).

Great book for my masters class this semester !

Not sure what is special about this book in family therapy only the last few chapters focus on family therapy while 90% of the book is a review of statistics. Good book but nothing was a surprise.

Easy to digest and even an enjoyable read. These authors have made the understanding of research for the field of Marriage and Family Therapy achievable! Even for me :-)

I enjoyed this book - it is an easy read. The authors give examples of the concepts they are describing. I have taken a number of research courses - this was the best book.

When I heard the word "research" anxiety come up in me. This book doesn't give me anxiety. It makes research well worth reading.
