Lightweight and well-made
For an inexpensive lightweight tarp it worked perfectly quality is very good. I will be buying another one. Use it on our camping trip to cover the tents.

Very Good Square Tarp
I bought this less expensive option for a nearly identical tarp thinking "I will get the cheaper one, and if it fails, get the more expensive one next time." There hasn't been a next time! It's a great tarp which has help up on many campouts and practice set-ups with my sons and ours scout troop. Water resistance is great, as well as tie-out durability. I can't think of any way to improve it.

well-constructed, versatile tarp.
I've used a variety of pu-coated synthetic fabrics in my decades of camping. This tarp promises to be a good choice and value, with good durability. To be clear, it is coated on only one side (it is not silnylon, so if that is a quality/performance requirement for you, then keep looking). But at this price point, I could not find anything better. I will be using it as an awning on my diy camper, and I anticipate this tarp will perform well, giving my lots of solid attachment points and versatility.

Wonderful and cost effective
My husband and I used this tarp last night and we love it. We set it up as we watched a severe thunderstorm roll in. Wind gusts were in the 50s and it rained solid all night. We woke up super dry. The tarp fit both our 12ft hammocks underneath. It’s not the lightest tarp ever, but it’s lighter than what we had before. I highly recommend this tarp, especially for the price.

I like them so much I have two.
This is an incredibly versatile tarp. It is a great weight that balances weight to durability. It has 19 attachment points that allow for an almost infinite number of ways to deploy. It can be used as a simple tarp, and can be fashioned into multiple different shelter types. I have used it as a tarp for a hammock, as well as a windbreak, and improvised bivvy shelter. Needles to say, I am happy with the purchase, and have no issues recommending this versatile tarp.

So far, so good
I was intrigued by this tarp, mainly due to it having 19 guy loops. I haven't seen this too often on these inexpensive tarps. My other tarp is an Aquaquest 7x10. I like that tarp a lot, but some of my favorite configurations require a square tarp. I bought a 10x10, coffee-colored.On my digital scale, this tarp in its bag weighs 1.8 lbs. That's pretty light. I don't understand the reviews mentioning that it's on the heavy side, but whatever. My Aquaquest weighs the same.Construction looks good. Re-enforced corners and guy loops, double-stitching, etc. I did notice a missed stitch or two on each guy loop re-enforcement. The holes are there, but there's no stitching. To me, this is no big deal. It's a $28 tarp. I can easily run a stitch or two myself to remedy that issue, but I don't see this "defect" as having much effect on durability of the tarp. The center seam is taped and appears to have been well-applied. The double-stitch is covered the entire length of the tarp. The bag is nice...plenty of room for the tarp, stakes and lines. The lines are junk. I use paracord or bankline. The supplied lines would be ok for a clothesline in camp, learning knots or some other non-essential use. The aluminum stakes are nothing special, but should be functional in soft ground. I don't use them. The PU coating is rated at 3000mm. If true, this tarp should stand up to any rain that nature can throw at it.I took this tarp out camping last week and pitched it in a plow-point configuration in a steady, moderate to heavy rain. My dog and I stayed dry inside while watching the rain run down and off the tarp. No leaking at the center seam noted. To wrap-up...time will tell how well this tarp holds up. For the price, I don't think you could go wrong, especially if you're new to tarp camping and want to check it out. With 19 guy loops, you'll have many configurations to experiment with.

So happy to have this!
We bought this "just in case" for our camping road trip around the upper peninsula of Michigan. On our last night we had a storm and we stayed lovely and dry.The tarp is lightweight and has good quality paracords included. The stakes, on the other hand... all of ours bent.We had to pack up on the rain as well. When I got home I hung everything to dry. This dried rapidly and then the mud and sand slid off like butter on a hot skillet. Next time, I'll use some tarp poles, which honestly I didn't know was a "thing."

Thin but functional
I ordered the 12x10 to use on my porch; I have another 10x10, I use for camping. you need to hit them with some scotchgard. These probably wouldn't make good ground tarps either. You also need to be careful not to snag them as they feel they would tear easily.

Good quality!
Good quality, love the abundance of loops! Comes with everything you need, but I usually don’t bring the pegs or sub them out for lighter ones. A bit heavy, but a good option for the beginner backpacker/hammocker on a budget!

Great value, better than expected, well made
Great little tarp for camping. Waterproof, no problem with that. We use it with our RV awning. We retract the awning a bit to capture the tarp, then stake it down to keep the wind from blowing rain into this area. A couple of fabric shower curtains with a leaf pattern block off the ends. Creates a dry spot to sit, cook on wet windy days in the woods. Also have used it over the hammock for sun and rain. Also from the back of the pickup truck to the trailer to use the tailgate of the pickup as a work area. Very useful for many jobs. I bought a second one the next size up.

Good Tarp
It's a good tarp with lots of tie out points. The 10x10 square tarp is ideal for the type of camping I do, and allows for versatility a tent just can't provide. My only complaint is the bulk, but even then it's not bad. It is not fire retardant, so must be careful around campfires and windy conditions.4 out of 5 because of fire concerns and the bulk, otherwise a perfect score.

Great value
Used this tarp on a rainy 2 day camping trip. Set it up over the picnic table as an outdoor shelter. It was waterproof and held up in moderate winds no problem. I like that it has extra tie off points in the Center. The guy lines were a bonus and are a good length and quality. The stakes are aluminum so lightweight but will bend easy in hard ground or rocky ground. The overall size and weight was very good for the price point. The get something better I feel you would have to pay a substantially higher price. Overall I got more than a $40 value in just the 2 nights I used it.
