I'm on my 3rd pair and they are good but they don't last long...

I am using this to plug into my MacBook computer headphone jack for meetings. The headset is sturdy but not heavy. The ear padding is comfortable. The mic position adjusts easily both by rotating at the earpiece and with the flexible stem to the mic. There is a volume adjust in the cord. I can hear other meeting participants well, and have had no complaints that they cannot hear me.I am female and 5'3". The headset fits my head when adjusted to its smallest span. I mention this because some headsets I have bought in the past would only fit comfortably if my ears were down in my neck.The only minor drawback is that pressing the phone button on the cord launches iTunes. This is NOT the fault of the headset. I have seen complaints about this to Apple for many different headsets and earphones, but there is no way to turn off that feature in OSX. But since I am not using the headset to make calls on my computer, I just don't press that phone button.I have not used the headset much with my Cortelco desk phone, but the jack adapter that comes with this headset does allow me to connect to the phone's headset jack, and the sound is still good.

This was too flimsy. It was hard to get it to stay in one place on my head. It kept shifting down and the microphone would get moved around just with me moving about. The thin piece of metal that goes over your head isn't very comfortable. There's of course no padding, but it doesn't feel good as thin as it is.Seems too cheap to be $30. There's a cheap looking Logitech version for $5 or 6 that would probably compare, but I think after using this, I'm going with something a little bigger and with more padding. Hopefully it will stay in place and be comfortable.

I have never been able to hear what people are saying very well when talking on my cell phone. ANY cell phone. Since I have been working remotely the past 6 months, I decided it was high time to do something about it. A colleague happened to get one of these and recommended it, so I figured I'd give it a whirl. SOOOO glad I did. What a massive difference. It's like the person I'm talking to is sitting right next to me, and they can hear me just as clearly. The ear cushions are very comfortable, although I haven't sat with this on my head for any appreciable length of time yet, but then, I don't plan to. It's going to definitely work perfectly for the purpose it was purchased for though. Best purchase I've made this year.

This headset IS NOT compatible with a Samsung Galaxy phone and should not have been promoted to be. It is too late for me to return and I'll have to give it to someone who has a phone with which it will work. CALLEZ should correct its product promotion NOT to include Samsung Galaxy phones.

With the iPhone 6 one receives an ear bud system for hearing & talking through a jack which plugs into the base of the iPhone. I added a protective battery case to my iPhone as a substitute for getting a new battery installed. My battery case has a hole for the jack to go through & reach the iPhone. However, the diameter of that hole is small, made so it accommodates the size of the ear bud system. The case blocks the plastic base of the jack on this headset so it will not plug in with the case on. So I bought a short extension cord which turned out to have a jack only slightly larger in diameter than my case hole. Then I drilled & enlarged the case hole so the jack would go through. The 3 stars is a temporary rating & assumes that in ever other way this headset is good. I haven't used it enough yet to be sure.So for other uses, you may consider this a temporary 5 star report. It works with the iPhone 6 if you don't have an external protection / battery case installed.

I found it was a lot easier to hear what people where saying on my Ipad. the fact you can control the volume is just great. the fact I can use it on my cell phone also makes it more useful. glad I purchased this.

Microphone has great movement. Perfect for working from home using my cell phone

I have had this device for less than a year (10 months) and it seemed fine at first.I have only used it about 10 times - and yet the microphone no longer works!
