KRAUS Kitchen Soap and Lotion Dispenser in Spot Free Stainless Steel, KSD-43SFS

Just what I was looking for. The soap comes from underneath instead of the top I really like this feature

I just installed these, so very low usage, but some info:These look very similar to the Kraus KSD-41 model, but they come in a spot-free stainless, and based on the pictures from Kraus and two other resellers, the 41 model has an all-metal pump body, which is good and bad. It looks identical to a Kohler pump that I have that worked extremely well for 4 years, but now loses its prime, and there is no replacement part for the heavy duty mechanism. It's possible to take it apart, lubricate it with silcone grease and make sure it's clean, but that didn't help. This KSD-43 model uses a plastic pump body, and that body is identical to Kohler's $3 "1087763" replacement part (I know, I have one in hand, and I swapped it directly in--same exact pipe diameter for both the tube and the pump shell/top. As far as I can tell, every soap pump will die in time, it's just a question of usage and time. Unless you want to purchase an entire new dispenser every time that happens, getting one that has replacement parts (and buying a few of those replacement pumps while they are still made/sold) is a reasonable alternative that doesn't leave you trying to find a new pump that's not ugly and sort of matches your existing finish.The plastic pump mechanism can likely be repaired a couple of times before you have to resort to swapping it out with a $3 replacement pump core. There's a great YouTube video showing how to carefully separate the two body parts with a utility knife and re-lubricate for a pump that sticks in the down position.I loved my all-metal Kohler 1893, but despite taking it completely apart, cannot get it to function, so I'll give the replaceable plastic version a shot now.

It just happened that my son and I were looking to replace the soap dispenser in the kitchen sink. I ordered mine through Amazon for half the price my son paid for exactly the same unit from Pacific Sales because he thought he will get a better quality one.

I have installed four of these units in my home in the past few years. I would give it 5 stars but I have had to replace the soap bottle on two of them due to them breaking at the stem and the soap flooding the cabinet underneath. Great space saver and I don't want to discourage anyone from buying but it would be wise to check on the soap bottle a few times a year to make sure it's still intact and shows no signs of breakage at the stem (just below the threads).

Love having more room on our counter! Installation was a bit hard just bc of the way our sink was put in. But it is great quality and not rusting or cha gong colors. No leakage and pumps great!

Works great with new Kraus sink. Love easy access to dish soap without container on sink. Easy to fill, and works well.

Worked great for about 6 months. Now it only dispenses when it feels like it. No matter how many times you “pump it up” very disappointed because this brand had so many positive reviews about quality.
