Super comfortable
Comfortable for walking all day, attractive, only issue is the adjustment strap on ankle is too long when pulled tight and hangs down to ground

These are my new "go to" shoes!
I received size 11 in women's a while back. That's the size I usually wear in a shoe. I was told they run big. So when I finally ordered a new pair, I sized down to 10. It is a perfect fit! I have wide feet and some pretty bad bunions, so having a shoe that fits right is very important. They're also extremely supportive and very supportive. In fact, my orthopedic surgeon loves that I wear chacos! If ever my feet hurt, I put these on and wear them for a bit and the pain is gone! I didn't even have to break these in. A fantastic choice!

Best Chacos EVER! Must own!
I suffer from a severe case of plantar fasciitis, along with a short Achilles tendon, so being on my feet for long periods of time is torture for me. I own an older pair of Classic Z/2 chacos and love the support they give my feet, but i can’t wear them if im going to be on my feet for longer periods of time because the surface is too rough on the bottoms of my feet and rubs them raw. This new style of Cloud chacos has solved this problem. These have a softer surface that no longer rubs my feet raw and are so much more comfortable to wear all day. I had a Disneyland trip coming up and got these two weeks before I was to leave so my feet could get used to them. I was not at all looking forward to being on my feet for 4 days in a row at Disneyland. My Cloud Chacos were the only footwear I brought with me, and I cannot believe how huge of a difference it made to wear them everyday that I was in the park. My Cloud Chacos made what would have been an almost unbearable experience into an extraordinary one. For the first time in many years, I was able to remain on my feet the whole day, and was even able to push my father’s wheelchair without my feet suffering from excruciating pain. I am so grateful that I discovered these new Cloud Chacos, and am so thankful I was able to enjoy this awesome adventure with my parents without being ruined by the pain I would have likely experienced otherwise.I now have a reliable shoe to wear everyday and wish I could afford to by another pair to designate as my house shoes when I am on my feet at home. The buckle strap was extra long so I had to shorten it myself, but no biggie for my since I have a nice sewing machine. The only thing that would improve these new Cloud Chacos is to have them in a slightly wider width. My older Chacos are the wide width but are a little too wide and the Regular is slightly too narrow so something in between a regular width and wide width would be perfect.

take a little bit to adjust all the straps. but awesome once done
I love how adjustable it is - it is one longpiece - so you can adjust it to your foot side. I have a decent amount hanging over - but I have narrow feet, so I'm sure someone with wider feet will like it.

Comfortable with good support!
Top strap is too long and drags on ground. No way to shorten?

Despite poor listing info, these ARE women's sizing, not men's
Why in the multiverse this seller will not fix the category of their item, who can know? But these are women's sizing and the way the straps work, are infinitely adjustable! I love my chacos after years of hearing about them. They are often priced ridiculously high. My size was deeply discounted on this listing and I'm happy I took the risk.

Has potential, if functioned properly.
Could only get one foot to fit properly over three days of use. The foot that had a proper fit was awesome. Then one toe strap became fully stuck after third day of use.

First-time Chaco buyer - happy with my purchase!
My husband and I were preparing for a trip to Florida and I wanted a good pair of shoes for walking around the theme parks. One of my coworkers grew up in Florida and highly recommended I get a pair of Chacos. I was hesitant, partly due to the cost and because I don't usually wear sandals, plus I wasn't sure how I'd do with a strap around my big toe. Finally purchased these and a pair of Tevas to compare, and ended up keeping the Chacos. Both were comfortable, and I liked the price of the Tevas better, but my husband voted for the Chacos saying the Tevas looked like I spent $10 at Walmart whereas the Chacos looked like a serious sandal (he would later compliment them a few more times during our vacation). I love the way the shoe fits my foot, appreciate the arch support, and actually really like the toe strap. Adjusting the straps overall took some getting used to, and for others that are new to Chacos I would recommend looking up how to do that to get the best fit - it makes a big difference! I did bring a pair of Skechers sneakers with us to the parks as I was warned these can take some time to break in, but I was able to wear them longer than I anticipated, not changing into my other shoes until near the end of the day the first couple times I wore them. I'm happy with my purchase. :)
