I’ve just received them so unable to say if they help yet, I’ve read the research and I am combining these supplements with vitamin D along with omega 3 from krill oil. My goal is to retain information. I eat a ketogenic diet which has dramatically made my thinking more clear plus cleared up all my aches and pains. Was recommended these supplements by a ketogenic blogger/certified doctor on Utube so it won’t hurt to give them a try

DO NOT buy this item. It's fake!I purchased 30 capsules from HealthAid for £21.39 and I figured that this item would be just as effective for a much cheaper price - boy was I wrong... This fake item of 120 vegan capsules had 0 impact/effects on me. I used it for ~2 weeks, sometimes even taking 2 tablets (their recommended dose is 1). It's as if they opened the capsule up - filled it up with dirt and then closed it.A V O I D !

Arrived promptly, pharma grade product so should contain what it says on the pack; easy to swallow capsules. Very good value for a supplement I take daily and is vegan, too.

Didn't notice any change what so ever after taking these. Albeit a slight head ache after taking them.
