Heel Pain...
These insoles do just what they are designed to do relieving heel pain. Excellent quality which don't become distorted after wearing over time.

Great value
I have been using these from long time, great value for money. There is real pain relief and these are really long lasting. My only dislike is the lack of colour choices as I prefer to match my shoes colour.

Totally unfit for purpose
These just slide around in the shoe when worn, they are useless as there is nothing to keep them in place. Totally unfit for purpose.

If you need a sign, this is it...
I wore these in college and they were a life saver. I am 21 and although I am young I have struggled with my weight and being fit. On top of that, i have relatively flat feet. I was getting a lot of arch/heel pain in my feet. My doctor told me to lose weight and to wear supportive shoes/insoles. However when you’re young, in college, and on the go constantly you’re probably not very concerned about wearing orthopedic shoes and insoles. It was after moving into my new apartment that I realized I needed something for my feet ASAP. The next day after moving I was in so much pain. I actually had to call off work because I couldn’t make it to my door without a sharp pain in my heel/arch. Went to the doctor and was told my symptoms were a lot similar to that of plantar fasciitis. Again, had to lose weight and get some good insoles. But being a broke college student I didn’t have a lot of money! I bought some cheap insoles from the dollar store and those hardly helped. Couldn’t exercise properly because after 10 minutes of doing anything with my feet, I couldn’t anymore. Then I found these at Walmart and OH MY GOD.These were perfect!! They’re not too hard on your feet like the tough plastic insoles, but are still firm and give you some nice arch support relieving pressure/pain from other spots. It did take a bit to get used to them (my feet were REALLY flat) but after a week or two I couldn’t imagine leaving the house without them! They fit in my converse, vans, running shoes, and boots perfectly. They give me a “bounce” to my step and have completely took my foot pain away. They allowed me to start working out more, go for longer walks (super helpful on a college campus!) and overall be more active. The only complaint i have is because they are Gel, they do wear out kind of fast. I have to buy a new pair every 2-3 months to keep the arch support. I don’t mind tho, as these have really helped my flat feet. I think these would also be a great transitioning sole for people who had never worn insoles before or have too much pain from the regular plastic ones. Overall great insole, have also recommended it to my mom and she loves it too!
