Very good product and prompt delivery
Does what it says, keeps the milk cool, not as cold as I would like but cool enough for a long journey. It would be ideal if there was an extra ice pack included as it only has one, but fair enough for the price.

Reusable Ice Pack included...where?
Bought this in a rush using Prime as I need it for tomorrow. Very disappointed to find out that the Reusable Ice Pack that it says it's included it's missing... Made my own with whatever I found at home, but the whole point of buying this one was to not have to worry about!
