HANKOOKVentus V2 concept 2 All-Season Radial Tire - 195/55R15 V

These are great commuter tires.I have put around 8000 miles onto these tires so far in the fall and the winter.these tires are wearing very evenly and there is minimal road noise.the tires distribute water through the tread voids well and i have not had a problem with control in the rain because i don't do 100 in the slow lane while its pouring.Luckily near the sea i don't have to worry about ice/sleet/snow so i don't know how they perform in these conditions.if these tires are still a similar price i will 100% buy another set.best quality to cost for this size in my opinion.

I waited awhile to post this review so I could try these out and make an accurate review. After using these for quite a while, I feel it was an excellent choice. They ride smooth, quiet, and very nicely. I will definitely consider purchasing another set when I need to replace my tires.

UPDATE: Almost 2 years later and I still got three out of four that I purchased! Tread life is at about 60%. Reason I had to change the other one was due to nail. =/. Still quiet and I have survived 2 winters with them. Get them!!Good tires so far. Quiet on the road. No vibration at high speed. Balance was easy. Only issue was that they were dirty when recieved. Not sure who to blame on that but for the price I couldn't complain much on that.

The Hankook Ventus V2 Concept2 is a decent budget option for an all-season tire. They do best in dry conditions. I've driven about 3000 miles on them, so I can't comment on wear. However, they aren't the best in wet or damp conditions, and require more awareness of grip levels.

This is my second set of Hankook H457 195/55/R15 tires. I was surprised it shows "Made in USA" on the side wall because my first set was made in Korea (2014). Tires wear very even and they are good for dry roads. OK for wet conditions. They are quiet during the first 30K miles. This tire really stands out for its great price, and US-made quality.

Great quality tires

The tires on my civic were so loud on the highway that I could barely have a cell phone conversation. So, I wanted a fine balance between cost, performance and comfort. After reading lots of reviews and checking prices, I finally pulled the trigger on these. I have to say that I am very impressed with these tires all around. A smooth, comfortable ride that is very quiet along with very good wet and dry handling characteristics make these tires a great buy! Time will tell how they wear but for now I am more than happy with these on my 98 Civic.
