I have had this pendant for over 5 years. I wear it everyday and rarely take it off. Its still looks amazing and has held up so well. Love it! It also reminds me be strong when I feel like I'm not able to be.

If your looking for a sturdy, long-lasting necklace this ain't it, this is more like something a 9 year old would buy from a 50 cent Toy Capsule Vending machine, not worth $30, I returned it not even an hour after I recieved it, don't waste your money on this.

This is going to be a birthday gift for my granddaughter who is going to spend a semester abroad in Japan. It's of the Kanji alphabet and even though it says "Chinese", it can very well substitute as Japanese. She wanted a necklace and she choose it. It just arrived and I haven't given it to her yet - her birthday isn't till March 18th. Note it does NOT come with a chain. I think for the price, they could have put it on a silver chain.Since she choose it, I assume she will love it.
