I have a thing when it comes to flies. I do not like even a single one buzzing around the inside of my house. So I have fly swatters close by in just about every room. A couple years back I bought some heavy duty fly swatters that work great...but they are just too heavy and, as it end up, somewhat dangerous. After cracking the screen of my TV attempting to kill a fly, I decided I needed some lighter duty fly swatters. I was not looking for anything special, just some light weight fly swatters that would not so easily break things a fly might land on like my TV screen.However, these are just too far to the other extreme - these things are light. Yes they can kill a fly, but they do not pack a serious wallop at all - so I would definitely not try and kill a wasp with one...all it would do is piss them off. They are so light that when you use one it does not instill much confidence you will hit your mark. Just a little heavier would be nice.I am okay with the purchase and can recommend them if you are looking for some super light weight fly swatters that won't damage anything and might give the flies a second chance, but there are probably better choices out there. I'll be trying some more until I get it right.

These are indeed strong and flexible. The hard plastic keeps the handle from squishing or bending like wire handles tend to and allows for greater force to be used. They're still flexible enough to make contact on surfaces that aren't totally flat. Every fly I've hit with these went down immediately where previous swatters would hit and have barely any effect on the pesky buggers. Totally happy with my purchase.

They are fly swatters. One of the five was defective. I should get reimbursed for that one.

Simple, cheap fly swatters.They don't hold up very well if you get too aggressive in the war against the flys. But, for the cost, not bad

I almost didn't buy these because of some negative reviews! I'm so glad I did because it is my favorite one now. They don't lose shape or break when I hit too hard. The price is super low. I paid much more for one with a metal handle and it bends out of shape and the plastic end that hits the fly broke apart but these are going strong and we have a bunch of them for a low price. I'm too happy about fly swatters lol! I guess that's what happens when you keep dealing with bad ones previously.

Nice to have a multipack for different areas of house and yard so you don't have to go looking for one when you need it. They are slightly larger than my previous ones but wish they were bigger yet as my aim isn't as good as it used to be. All plastic so at some point they will get brittle and break and will need to be replaced. But at this low price, still worth it. Get a pack!
