3.4 L MEDICINE COOKER W/STAINLESS HEATER

The first one I ordered arrive completely broken into pieces, but the second one arrived perfectly fine.Really nice pot, I love the looks of these.

Great for Chinese medicine. Easier than worrying about overboiling. Make sure to clean after each use, otherwise it doesn't work well.

The unit I order cook, and it can overcook the herbs. Seems like the timer is defective. It vaporize most of the liquid in the pot and still cooking, which can burn the whatever is inside.The power plug is loose after a week of use, had to wiggle over and over for it to have power: poor quality.

This is my second time exchange. It have alot of crack line on the pot. The paint already peel of when I received this order . I'm not recommend this products find different brand if you dont want waste money like me . Can't return it.Updated : stop working just few times used it

Would have been a 5-star product if not for it always burns something on top of the heating pad when done.

I bought the bigger size and the cord went loose and power was on intermittently. I got this smaller one instead to give the company another try. It turned out much better as the size is smaller, less time to boil medicine. Plus I was making medicine for my 7 yo son. It was better to cook with less water, so the medicine is more concentrate and less meds for a kid to take it.

I bought a used one which says no cracks, but when I got it. the body is full of cracks, only the cover is free of cracks. :) it is still usable, so it is still ok.

I have used 3 different similar pot in past 3-4 years. Their price were $57 to $75. I love this one. Not because of the price bit also the performance of the pot itself. The old pot used to need 3-3.5 hours to get my medicine ready. But this one only took no more than 2.5 hours. Also, the quality of the pot is good. So it is a good deal for me.

I only use twice so far. It is strange that the green light never worked for 2 times . When I saw the water almost reached the level (low enough), I just simply plugged off. I don’t know it is because the water I added is too less or something is wrong with the product. I will keep trying it.It is easier to use this pot than the stove. However, you have to keep checking after 2 hrs just in case the water dry out. I don’t think it is best product but still usable.
