Cool for the cost
The trackpad isn't great, there is no full size USB Type-A port (but there is a micro-USB to Type-A adapter in the box, and a Type-C port on the computer) and you have to install a Broadcom wireless update from the Beantech site (the update is Lenovo branded. Huh?) before you let Windows update (there is a sticker warning you about it on the box). It doesn't charge via USB Type-C; you have to use the custom barrel connector AC adapter. But....it's a useable Windows 10 computer for U$130. Can you really ask for more at that price point?

Unresponsive help line.
So, I receive my computer and the sticker on the front of the box says “STOP. Due to a recent Windows 10 update the WiFi driver used in this device has been disabled”. So if I want to use the Internet I have to update the driver and a web address is given for a YouTube video on how to do it. I looked at it and was totally confused so I called the Beantech helpline. Guy said I have to install other updates first which I did and it took hours. Guy said call back tomorrow. I did. They took my info, said they’d call back-and they never did. Three calls later and they refuse to get back to me. So I have a computer I cannot use. Thanks Beantech. Your help line needs help.

Doesn't work
I purchased this laptop for my daughter and it doesn't work at all. It takes forever to start up and then it doesn't work like it says it should. This was a waste of my money because when you first start it up it won't connect to the internet and you have to get a hold of the company for them to send you the extention to be able to download the product to be able to get internet connection.

I wasn't expecting it to be sooo tiny but that's not an issue for me at all. I love it.

No internet connection
I cannot use the internet with it keep kicking of the internet connection. I have to get a IT technician to look at it

NO INTERNET CONNECTION
I bought this for my 5yr old son and it connected to the internet ONCE only when I first opened it. I hate I wasted my money on this.
