Clean Cover Gel - Quart

Doesn't clean book covers as described.

Best product on the market for cleaning modern or antique hardback books. Also works on some types of paper items. Cleans years of grime off old books and gives a clean fresh look. I have used it for years. Always do a test spot on a tiny area to see if will remove color from cover. Jar will clean hundreds of books. A little amount is all that is needed.

Used to at least partly restore old cloth- bound book covers. Worked well. Looked cleaner and, more importantly, better moisturized.

It’s an awesome cleaner that’s turned into my closer tool: I’m on a difficult book and I need an ace to finish it right. I use it in a broad range of applications: leather, paper, and fabric—when other cleaners were ineffective. I don’t face too many potentially color deterioration conditions I cannot manage.

The only thing I dislike about this product is the smell. If you are chemically sensitive be careful using this product.
