Great product, really started to clear my pond my Nans pond up nicely. Good design with the filtration and UV light. However it states next day delivery on Amazon. I had to wait 2 weeks for it to turn up. The seller didn’t communicate with me unless I emailed them first. Then when it finally turned up you can clearly see it’s an ex display model or just old stock. The lid of the filter is really scratched, I find this very annoying because that part is on show in my garden where it sits, and the manufacturer Serial number on the side clearly states the box filter is over 2 years old since manufactured. Not great when I spend over £300 and was a gift to my Nan.Would be great if the lid wasn’t so scratched

There is nothing to dislike like about this filter and UV.It does what it supposed to do.

The media could not be loaded.  The filter worked fine for 4 weeks then there was a drip from the top we found the water was running over the top inside the filter and not into the filter as the sponge was stopping the flow. We cut a piece of the sponge away and its all working fine now no more leaks. The filter is only in a wildlife pond so the sponge wasn't dirty it looks like a design fault.The pump seems to be working all OK.The tadpoles and water slaters are all looking good the pump is inside a pump bag to stop things getting trapped and being sucked into the pump and blocking it.UPDATEI bought this set up on the 24th July and my pond is only 4ft x 4ft 6" x 20" deep so not a very big pond at all this filter can not cope the water runs over the top of the sponges every few days.There are no fish the pond is in half shade and the pump is in a pond bag so no solids are getting through.It drips from the lid every few days.The plungers don't clean the top of the sponges so water runs on the top and out of the lid not through the filter so its not doing a good job of cleaning the pond.

This filter turned up broken, bit of a struggle getting my money back.looking at it it would be hard to clean,and only uses the small pipe,you can use larger pipe without adapters

It was for my daughter she's very pleased with it and the pond is nice and clear now.
