It’s been months and I still can’t figure out how to download my purchases. It would be really nice if a link would just be sent. The process takes several steps and I don’t have time for all this... I downloaded the form and had my groomer get blood when she was clipping Laddie's nails. I sent it off and got an email a couple weeks later saying they received it. A day or so later I got the results. Laddie is actually a Lassie! It was easy and quick. I would definitely recommend this product and company!
