Lina and her team at Global Rose are truly AMAZING! I needed a large/difficult order delivered a day sooner than Amazon showed was available for delivery. I reached out to their customer service- which was phenomenal. They were very responsive and eager to work with me- through several obstacles- to complete my order and deliver it on time. Unfortunately, my order was short a few stems (I ordered extra to account for any flowers broken/damaged in transit, so we had plenty for our event :)); however, Lina made sure to take note of the missing stems and is making it right! I cannot thank them enough for their willingness to work with me. They could have easily said "No" to my request; instead, they did everything in their power to make our order happen!I did have to swap a few color choices, as some of the colors I originally wanted were not available. The transaction was smooth and I will not buy carnations from anyone else in the future!

I ordered 100 white carnations to make two leis and the quality of the flowers were excellent. The packaging and condition upon arrival were very, very good. They were in full bloom in two days so the timing of arrival and completing the lei in time for a graduation was perfect. The flowers are hardy and stood up to my lei making. Prices are very reasonable compared to local florists ordering from a wholesaler ($.65 vs. $1.25 per stem).I will definitely use Global Rose again in the future!

I bought 400 white carnations from these folks for my wedding. Our wedding was Saturday July 2. I ordered them 10 days before and they arrived Wednesday, 3 days before the wedding. They came perfectly packed! The flowers were in absolute perfect and I mean perfect condition, not one had to go to waste. Seriously……don’t hesitate to order thru these folks…..you won’t regret it. I was so impressed and so was everyone else. Great service! Love it!

GlobalRose pulled a rabbit out of a hat for me by rushing the order at the low-low price I needed for my father's funeral nearly a thousand miles away. It's hard to schedule in advance when you don't know where you're going to be, but it's also hard to pay last-minute rush prices when you're on a budget. This company came through for me when I got married (under the same out-of-town travel conditions in 2013), then again nine years later in the midst of Christmas season 2022. It was so close to the event, my glorious white carnations weren't completely open for the Celebration of life, but by the next day's burial, and after a little more sitting in water, they sprang open with new life. I had so many, they had to be given away in bunches. I'm sharing pics of a fabulous vase-ful at the home of an attendee/host, then two days and a 900-mile road trip later, the remaining bouquet on my kitchen counter in Chicago. It's now mid-January, and I finally kissed them goodbye.

Did not stand up like carnations should. They were discolored and I was forced to use them. I also paid top dollar from a local florist to help with these arrangements. I need a partial refund

Flowers arrived on time. The flowers never fully bloomed and did not last as long as others I have bought through Amazon.

I have sent these many times to friends and the seem to really like them.
