The batteries fit really tight. Nice to have for our fish tanks during power outages.

This little gadget worked perfect for what I needed it for. I originally bought it to keep the water aerated for my fish during my move from Florida to Carolina. I've ended up using it 2 other times because of power outages and it's still running great . It provides a surprising amount of bubbles for being a smalle battery operated bubbler. I've also used it 3 times for probably a total of somewhere around 15 hours now and haven't had to change the batteries. If I'm being nit picky the only drawback is that it is quite noisy but it's not meant for daily use just emergency so that's easy to deal with. I managed to transport discus, 20 neon tetras, a few Cory cats and a farlowella with only this providing air and all survived.

Bought two of these as backups for my live shrimp bucket. Neither one worked. Not enough power to make a bubble through a straight plastic hose let alone a bubbler. If you buy one check it immediately. I waited too long. Ended up buying two Frabills which work great.

I love it works well.

I’ve used it for hours at a time to move fish to a new house. It’s loud but pushes out a lot of bubbles, kept all my fish alive. The batteries lasted longer than expected, I’ve been running around with this thing for days and it’s still going.

I bought this pump because I was moving an hour away to a new home, and wanted to make my fish more comfortable in transit. It arrived the day before the move, and cut to D-Day, where I couldn't even get the product to work. At all. Perhaps the item was simply faulty out of the box; true, but what good is something if it doesn't work when you need it to? So, the fish had to tough it out, and I had to get a refund. Your mileage may vary, but my experience with this item was not great.

Awesome for when the power goes out during storms to keep my fish comfortable until power comes on. Also great for transporting fish longer distances.
