Gave to wife for Christmas and she just put it on yesterday with a fully charged battery. Worked for a little over two hours and stopped working. Tried recharging battery with no success and now past the return window. We had no reason to believe it would stop working so we’re in no hurry putting it on till she started quilting again after the holidays. Would not recommend this with the return window so short even if it breaks. It expensive little price of equipment.

This works wonderful on my sewing machine, instead of using the sticky backing that comes with it I use 4 12lb command strips to attach it to my machine in case I want to pull it off. I really like the green light easier on my eyes. This makes sewing angles so much nicer. My machine has a USB port and when the light turns red I just plug it in and charge it. Love, love this.

I received this product and immediately tried it out (after the 3 hour charging). I was able to make exact 1/4" seams. However as I sewed the movement/rattle of my sewing machine moved the laser. I guess I wish that the adjustment arm was stronger but I think that I probably need a better sewing table instead. I do not regret spending the money for this product. It does what it says.

this product may work ok if it wasn't attached to a sewing machine that vibrates as you sew and it also gets in the way of the fabric. it may work ok if you are lining a design and have it all pinned in place, but it doesn't work very well for what I thought I could use it for.

This is a dream come true! I’ve never been great with sewing a straight line. Not anymore!! This thing is amazing! It’s worth every Penny!!!! I played around with placement and put it in the best place for me. I highly recommend this tool!

The media could not be loaded.  Broke VERY easily when changing lens.Not even an hour of use before it broke, set it up with the line lens brand new out of the box, went to screw another lens in and a tiny little wire just snapped. The laser diode is loose inside a rubber casing, might wanna torch the heat shrink or glue it around the edge if you buy this or the diode will spin and break off

Christmas present for my wife

I received this product on a Friday, hoping to use it over the weekend, only to find out it did not work, Received the new one on Friday and hoping to use it soon.

OK so i don't understand why ever single sewing machine doesn't have one of these fantastic accessory, this is a must for every sewer, even if it is regular sewing and not quilting it work fantastic!, super easy to install and use. i want to get one for my serge machine too!!!!! and come to think of it i might need one for my skill saw, it would work for that too!. thank you to the inventory of the vivilux 3 in 1 system.

This is super bright, could only use cross pattern but that’s what I needed. Great design for any application needing small head and wall or battery power.The only issues were the dim settings had no effect, and the cross lines were rather wide. I think that’s just how this one is designed, focussing did not improve this. So it has 8mm thick lines at a distance of 60cm which is too wide for some purposes.

The unit works fine but I broke it after one day. the wire leading to the laser broke inside the rubber when I screwed on one of the optional brass tips. If you buy it handle it very carefully, don't tighten it too much. The biggest complaint was that the light is so bright that you cannot see the pattern you want to follow. I had to create a holder with a much smaller hole where the laser head fits in. I did order another one, otherwise I made my holder for nothing. They are also far to expensive but I would not find anything better.
