I am not quite sure what it is with pine pollen but here is what I have observed.- Weight loss (fat loss around abdomen and upper arms)- Crazy libido- I get a lot more work done nowadays and more eager to leave house.- I sleep way better and sometimes can go a whole day on 5 hours of sleep.- no brain fog.I will continue to use this. I am a 22 year old male looking to optimize my hormones.
