Made my move less stressful.
This is an amazing book. I’m moving next month and this book was great. Regina is a fantastic writer making everything in the book logical and making a lot of sense. It’s helped me tremendously. I recommend this book to anyone who is moving or just wants to finally realize how much better life is when you don’t have a cluttered home. Simplify! Thank you Regina for making my move so much easier.

Helpful.
Very helpful. Even if you can guess all the right things to do in a move, the advice here confirms your assumptions. And you may learn a few new things! Assumes you know where you are going, that is that you already have your new place identified -- not always the case.

LOVED this book
LOVED this book! Part for all the how-to help but mostly for all the pep-talk. A dreaded move became something to look forward to.

Can't keep it all
We are trying to downsize, with difficulty. This is quite helpful.

Good Downsizing Advice
There is some really useful information in this book about sorting and decluttering your accumulated junk before you move - which is always my biggest chore and where I need the most advice. There is a link to her website provided, with a very short checklist you can download, but there's not much to it. If you want advice on decluttering and organizing, this is a good choice; if you want moving checklists and timetables, it's not.

It's pretty basic advice and perhaps when we're closer to moving ...
I read most of the way through this and then something came up and I quit. It's pretty basic advice and perhaps when we're closer to moving it will be very valuable. I was hunting for an outlet for the outdated stuff I don't want. It appears to have pretty good advice for folks that are familiar enough with the book to put to use, right now, the ideas that are in there.

A Waste of Money
I don't think I've ever given a book only one star before, but this book was THAT bad. Here are my problems with it:- It is verbose, using a lot of words and examples to illustrate very simple concepts- The author sometimes talks in third-person for no reason- At one-third of the way through the book, I had yet to receive ANY useful information- The book leans heavily on online content and does not stand on its ownLet me elaborate via examples. For example, takes her about 5 or 6 pages to say that moving will be easier if you declutter first. Then she goes on to say something like "You will say to yourself that Regina was right!" I understand that the author is trying to maintain a conversational tone throughout the book, but it's not working. At the heart of this book, I want to find help, not a wordy friend who is actually not very helpful at all. Lastly, I am very Internet savvy. I understand her telling me to use Yelp, or to go to her Pinterest page. But shouldn't a book be useful even if you don't have a computer at the ready? I feel like a hardcopy book should be useful even if you cannot get to a computer. In all honesty, I feel like if you can use Google, then you can find everything that is in this book online for free quite easily (much faster than by reading this book and the author's musings).

Great advice for starting and completing the process!
I heard Regina on NPR last month, and was really intrigued. This is a wonderful step-by-step guide- well-written and practical advice.
