The product works great. Blood pressure on the old cuff was 128/88.On the new cuff, the blood pressure is 122/75.Notice how much lower the diastolic is now.Reading is about what I had at the doctor's office, 120/75.

The cuff is supposed to be a replacement for the original. After a few years, the original, which was very solidly made, no longer remained tight while taking blood pressure measurements; hence, the need to purchase a replacement. The "new" cuff is very flimsy, and the tube is much thinner, resulting in protracted time for readings that do not appear to be accurate. Plus, after two weeks, the cuff no longer remains tight when used. So, basically worthless. Don't waste your money - I recommend trying a different brand rather than trying to use the old machine with this replacement cuff. I rarely write negative reviews, but I believe everyone needs to know the issues with this replacement cuff.

This cuff fixed my old Omron BP machine. With needed modification slight.It's is still accurate too.Don't toss your old cuff away till to change hose fittings around and that's the modification find what works.If you want to be fancy use a single ear clamp 14mm.Use it up!, Wear it out!, make it do!, or do without!

OEM replacement. You can't go wrong.

The replacement cuff fits an arm tighter then the original, making it easier to get it and keep it in the correct position until velcro-fastened.

it fit our old monitor and it works.

Works great however the nipple is smaller tan on my original, guessing it ws for another model but quick swap from the old unit has it working just fine
