Wearing All the Gear All the Time gets HOT!...some help, and they're inexpensive.
When I ride, I wear gloves and jacket with all the pads. It's a mesh jacket, but it still gets hot. I love to reward an innovative idea and when I saw them I said to myself, "the guy that invented this must be a rider!" My experience is that A) they did not interfere with my wrists as I thought they might B) they are not really noticeable, if you care about that kind of thing. C) they provided some extra air up the sleeve, although it wasn't the "ram air blast" I expected even without the windshield. The hotter your ride, the more they'll help. If you're behind a windshield, you may not get the ram effect you want....but my feeling is ...hey, they're really cheap so I'm keeping them in the ride box and when it's hot, I'm slipp'em in.

Subtle but effective
I tried these out today in a jacket that is uncomfortable at 75 degrees F and miserable at 85F. The temp was 87F and I was only slightly warm at 60 mph. I would relate it to the same jacket at 72-75 without the vents. They do not create a hurricane breeze through your jacket but do introduce a fair amount of air as long as your hands are exposed to the wind. I was really surprised after stopping at my mailbox to notice a cool breeze on my forearms as I moved up the driveway at 8 mph. If your hands are behind a windscreen or deflectors they will not work for you.

Great concept, doesn’t really work.
The inside is a rubber surface against your wrist, which is hotter and more unbreathable than nothing at all by comparison.

Why?
I purchased 2 pair for a little relief from 80F and above, but this does not function any better than a textile jacket. If I was stuck and wearing leather, it may work, but save for something that actually works.

Air flow is awesome
This is an excellent product to get extra air flow up your sleeves while riding. I ride a gl1800 and they work better when worn a bit to the right of center and in the bottom of the sleeve.

Kind of awkward
These are kind of awkward to wear. Your sleeve will slide up and down depending on what position you have your arms in, so this thing will get caught on the skin or your shirt underneath and not stay in place. Can't remember if they did their job because I only wore them a couple times.
