National Geographic Standard!
Purchased for my granddaughter, Aadya, aged 7. She is in Australia with her parents. What I observed first was that the coverage of Australia is very brief. And really wished for a hardbound edition. Save for the above observations, the book gave full satisfaction, on par with my expectations.

The Perfect Atlas for starters.
Great book for Children. Might be a little early for 5 year old, but they love the pictures, flags, new words. It is an excellent Atlas for children wanting a first Atlas. It is every good for adults provide good information.

It overcame my concerns to a large extent. The globes drawn utilising both the pages could have been much clear.

Great starter atlas for us
I was looking for something my four year old could use with help as he navigated learning more about our world. This was just as I expected. The pictures are great and offer great facts about each continent. I wish there was more information about Antarctica but we can go to the Internet for that. Overall my expectations were met as we use this daily he always asks to read through it with us.
