It was as expected. Nice design. Holding up nicely.

This is very comfortable and is perfect for my small living room. The navy is a little lighter than a true dark navy, but is perfect for my decore. The material is soft kind of micro finer, but easy to wipe off. I originally ordered this direct from Ashley, but there was a 14 week wait for this color. I saw it on Amazon, and it was $300 less! Cancelled the first order, bought it from Amazon, and got it in two weeks! The delivery gentleman was so nice, and even put the legs on it for me. I recommend this for any small space. Now I am just waiting on the recliner. Very happy.

Love the color and style but couldn't get the legs on at all!Tried drilling starter holes even and it just wasn't happening. I bought a set of furniture risers instead, working great and look better!

The media could not be loaded.  I’m honestly unsure whether I love or hate this loveseat. We have a small home so have to get specific dimensions, the first loveseat I chose was a modern approach and cute but not comfortable so decided to add another since we’re a family of 4. But just a few months in and even with rotating cushions daily, they’re sagging and constantly push out. It is comfortable at first but don’t sit for long or it’ll absorb you. Honestly, only got this because husband likes plush but I wish I would’ve spent the extra and gotten the custom PB style instead.

It did come with a small cut in the back. Customer service was phenomenal. The only thing I didn’t like was there are no pre-drilled holes for the legs. Other than that beautiful piece and now looking for a matching recliner. Thank you!

This is a firm sofa perfect for me! Easy to sit and stand from. Darker than photo also perfect for me!It is well made and heavy. The men delivering it were stupendous! Took away the wrappings. Set it in the area and moved it to not cover the vent. I hope they deliver the next one. Very professional, quick and careful.

The product was fairly priced and I would have kept it if it had not been damaged. It arrived with 2 rips in one of the arms. The truck driver picked it up for return last Wed. and I still have not received a refund. How long does this take?

First off, thank you Flash Furniture for creating a fantastic product that looks even better in person!Pros:Sage color looks fantastic.Fabric is extremely soft.Easy to clean!Removable lower cushions.Cons:As many have noted, the plastic leg pegs are complete trash. They look out of place and are cheaply made.Weak arms.Back cushions are sewed on. Cannot remove for any reason.Overall, this is a great product and worth every penny.Things To Note:This couch is not your typical 1980s couch with arm rests made of adamantium-like materials that can break a rhinos neck to those suspecting a soft head rest... sadly the first week I had the product the right arm's main support snapped as I was sitting on the edge. I'm no small dude by any means, but after having placed maybe 2/3 of my body weight at 200lbs on this arm and hearing a horrifying SNAP, I realized I needed to rethink the loveseat rules.Guests are promptly notified not to sit on the arms... as they will explode if used so.

The loveseat would have been amazing if not damaged.First, we spent many hours trying to get a discount from Amazon and keep the item. Then we filed multiple returns that we had to file on and on and on because there would be no answer. No one is coming to pick it up. We've spent a few hours today again trying to get our money back. All we managed is another alleged escalation to the pickup carrier.I am very disappointed. We love Ashley furniture. Or loved it. The fact that they would send a damaged item - It has multiple rips under and on the back, pen mark as well as some discoloration- and make us pay full price shakes our confidence in the company drastically. We've spent over 12 hours on calls, chats and emails. I used to smile thinking of Ashley. Now I grimace.
