UPDATE: November 2020So...I can now officially say I have been pregnant and given birth... to TWINS. I had super heavy postpartum bleeding for 6 weeks. When I ran out of the hospital mesh undies, these puppies saved me. I went through several a day and they kept up their same old fantastic performance. They stretched very easily to accommodate my postpartum body and swelling, and they did not agitate my c-section incision. In fact, I had complications from my c-section where the incision remained open to drain for 3 months postpartum and these discreet undies never once caused issues with my open incision.When my period came back after 6 weeks of postpartum bleeding, I still turned to these discreet undies. I'm now 4.5 months postpartum, my c-section incision is healed, my stomach is gradually returning to it's pre-baby size and I still use these puppies for my periods. I recommend them to friends, family and colleagues and recommend them in my mom's group for anyone about to go through birth or the postpartum phase.Buy them. You won't regret it. I should own stock in this company for how many times I have purchased these undies. I'm not paid (I wish) and get no free perks (Always, if you're reading this, I wouldn't hate free discreet undies for life...just sayin'). I'm just a woman and mom who loves these underwear and swears by them! 🤣-------------------------Okay listen, I am 29 years old. Never been pregnant, never gone through delivery or had any need for postpartum underwear. I have had, however, heavy periods for most of my life. As in, tampons won't help, and pads, while better than tampons (for me), eventually will shift or move and then I would leak over the edge causing a huge mess, especially when sleeping overnight or sitting in certain positions. When browsing in a local grocery store one night, I saw these. And a lightbulb went off. After years of dealing with messes and heavy periods, I was thrilled to come across an alternative. Realistically, I know there are other alternatives out there - cups, etc. But... They don't really appeal to me at this point. I bought a pack of these babies and never looked back. I feel no shame wearing these, and no embarrassment. These puppies make me feel super comfortable and protected, and I will happily use these moving forward, and its nice to know that one day if I do have children, I could use these for that purpose as well. Highly recommend, I love these and hope Always never stops making them.

Good fit but you may need a size smaller. Strong and durable, comfortable, good quality and price. As with others I have tried, there is a little moisture retention and random leaks.

UPDATE: 7/25/2018I am going through all this, because MY ALL TIME FAVORITE IS THE "Always Discreet Incontinence Underwear for Women, Maximum Absorbency, CLASSIC CUT, Large, *HEAVYLEAK* PROTECTION" which is practically impossible to get on Amazon anymore, but Walmart does have it. I much prefer shopping at Amazon! I've been a DEVOTED Amazon shopper and PRIME MEMBER since 2000!(My daughter also uses Always Discreet as extra protection on the first day of her period (which can be very heavy.) Gives her complete confidence to go out and run errands all day, when she might have stayed home, for fear of leakage!)NOW THE COMPARRISON:The Tena Classic Protective Underwear, Size Large, (the label has 4 of 8 drops filled with blue) Definitely comes up higher in the front and back and has a soft gathered body, it is also taller in the "pad coverage area" in both the front and back, than the TENA Incontinence Underwear for Women Protective, Large (that label says "Super Plus" and has 4 out of 5 dots filled with blue) *BUT* the *CLASSIC* fit is *HUGE* and it LEAKS! (If you only need it for "occasional leakage" and not true incontinence, it might work for you, but overnight, NEVER!) I also bought this through a "merchant" Engoloids Medical LLC. who was absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to deal with, I only noticed the 4 out of 8 drops, after I clicked "purchase" and IMMEDIATELY tried to cancel the order, then tried to return to sender, en route (UPS) but after all that failed, I did try them, and they were so BAD!! It made me never want to deal with a merchant again.The Tena Classic runs large in general, but comes up higher in the BACK than the Always Discreet,Classic Cut and MUCH higher in the back than the Tena "Super Plus", Pink & Blue package.. But the fit of the Tema "Super Plus" has a very different material in the body and fits very snugly (a totally different fit that the same size Tena "Classic" which was way too big.) The Tena Super Plus is not the soft gathered material the other two have, but sort of knit material, that in some ways feels more secure. As I am bedridden, the length of time between changes is important to me. As for the Tena 'Super Plus", it has a noticeably THICKER PAD than the other 2 that I did purchase and reviewed here.. and is definitely worth a try! Just remember this runs slightly small and the Classic runs very large.I obviously also HIGHLY recommend *PRIME*, being bedridden I couldn't get along without it!! When I need something, I usually need them NOW! Which brings up PRIME NOW, which is totally AMAZING, but doesn't always have all the brands you may want. But I've had things delivered to my hospital bed in as little as 37 minutes!!!*The one product I Did NOT buy was the Tena OVERNIGHT Women's Underwear, Large, which says " Specifically designed to protect against leaks while lying down" and also says "3X Protection and NEW Worry free Nights" which sounds excellent for someone bedridden... and one I will certainly try next time I buying these.*I REALLY hope that helps, if it does, please check that it was helpful, below. Because it still works good. Unfortunately, I am still using them. They are comfortable. They’re not book your baggie. They pull up easy and stay in place.
