Winsome Shaker Accent Table, FURNITURE, Walnut

In moving multiple apartments across states, I have over time ordered 4 of these. I coupled this table with the 'Winsome Wood Night Stand/ Accent Table with Drawer and Cabinet for Storage, Antique Walnut" and the two are great companion pieces with indeed perfectly matched finishes. The price is a bit expensive, but when you get the item, you'll see why. The unit which houses the drawer is a very substantial and beautifully arranged set of wood pieces (no particle board, here!). The quality is truly superb. The tables really do look much more expensive than they cost and add to our decor very substantially. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The storage provided is quite ample; the top drawer slides easily and has a drawer catch, which is nice if you have young kids in the home The bottom storage shelf holds 30-50 magazines (depending on the thickness of magazines) easily and doesn't buckle at all. All surfaces are easy to clean and the color of the wood does not fade. I would not hesitate to order more of these, if I needed them.

I am thrilled with the quality of this product! It was easy to set up and the look is perfect in my bedroom! I know this sounds pessimistic but I didn't expect much for the low price. I ordered it because I had nothing else to put in that spot that matched my bedroom furniture. I thought if it was truly terrible, I could put a table cloth over it. The wood is rich and evenly stained with a lovely finish. The construction is sturdy and extremely stable. I am ordering another one now because this was such a pleasant surprise! I highly recommend this one!

I wanted to write a review for this product because it is such a nice piece for the cost. I've seen other items reviewed as being solid wood that actually were not, but this is real, solid wood. You can tell just by the weight when you take the pieces out of the box. It's also very sturdy and easy to put together. It was very quick and painless- the drawer is already assembled, you just have to attach the knob. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the drawer isn't on a track, so it doesn't push or pull as easily as it might. I knew that when I purchased, so it wasn't a surprise, I just think this keeps it from being completely perfect. In all other ways, it's fantastic!

Absolutely gorgeous! Once I received these and began taking the parts out of the box, I quickly looked on Amazon to see how much I paid for them, because I didn't expect for them to be so solid and well made, based on the price. Ready-to assemble furniture has let me down in the past, but these tables are as nice as anything that I could have purchased in a furniture store. The finish was even, it wasn't too light nor too dark (some of the previous reviews showed a lighter product) and it matched our bed and chest PERFECTLY! The drawer is on a wooden glide (as has been mentioned) but this didn't bother me.I can't say ENOUGH about this product!I purchased two of these to replace my old nightstands. I wanted something smaller because we are downsizing our living space. Even though this product is smaller, It is BIG on quality and it really IS perfect for what I need to use it for. I have no doubt that this product will last for quite a while. I would also like to add that it IS helpful to leave the last leg off until you get the shelf in place. It is easy to put this item together, too. I have ZERO complaints!Update 11/25/2019 These tables are still as gorgeous as they were the day that I received them. They have been in our guest room for over 2 years now and they still look amazing. I am a little jealous now that I didn't use them in my OWN bedroom!Update: 12/26/2022 Still gorgeous! Looks just as good as the day I bought them.

Very Nice. Great quality wood. Was very easy to put together.

I've bought my share of inexpensive furniture online only to find out that it is press board finished in simulated wood contact paper - not so this night stand which is actual wood stained a nice lustrous brown. The tables came together perfectly and are sturdy and solid. If I have two tiny objections they are that (a) the wood dowel that gets pressed into the top inside to keep the drawer from falling out is pretty sure to fall out and get lost and (b) the drawer is quite a bit narrower than the table, which is a bit of a waste.Overall however, this table is an incredible value.

The assembly is very fast and super easy + I used screwdriver only at the end of the whole process, to tight up the screws.Color is amazing, deep, elegant, dark rum kind of walnut and a little bit like the sun is trying shine through, in some places (blushing?) :)Definitely I don't see any red undertones there, and the one that I've got has nothing in common with the cherry color. Very true to picture.It is transitional style, a tie between an old and new. A beautiful piece made to last.IMPORTANT! Stopper needed for the drawer, otherwise.....If you have little children, you don't want them play around and open the drawer, because is not secured from falling when pulled off too much.Otherwise, very nice sturdy night stand, which can be used as an end table as well, next to the sofa, for example. I put on it a large lamp, made of sheer glass (base), finished with the walnut wood, and with oversized ivory linen shade. Gorgeous!!!That was a Great Deal, purchase made for my already grown up son, and he likes it a lot.To me 5 stars (despite the drawer stopper).

This is a really nice little table. In fact, much nice than I expected. It is solid wood and the finish is very nice. Assembly was easy and straightforward. It only took about 15 minutes. I would love to give it 5 stars but mine did not have a knob for the drawer. I searched and searched the box...not in there. I just can't give a perfect rating if something is not perfect. I do recommend it though!
