I love this basket because it’s not too big or bulky. It’s got a great system how it holds to the bike but the little adjustment pieces they give you to use if your handle bars aren’t thick enough doesn’t stay in. They pop out and sometimes I have to stop the bike to fix it cause the basket falls down near the tire. It won’t ever fall off thank God because the bracket is super secure in that way but the position to keep it upright is hard. Esp depending on your bike. I originally bought this for a differnt bike but exchanged the bike last minute before the basket arrived and wasn’t sure if that would matter because the handle bars are differnt. And so far it seams that maybe I need a differnt basket or bracket at least but it works for now. I might try to glue the adjustment pieces in so they stop falling out and causing my basket to shift down.

it doesn't get support from the rack, so only fits for small pets (not heavier than 10 lbs)

My only complaint would be that it sags with our 10lb dog. It is hard to get it tight enough to not rotate and drag on the front tire. I will try a few things to remedy this. Otherwise it is great, the drawstring keeps him from jumping out. I also wrap one or both of the handles over his head so he is really belted in (he is crazy and he does try to jump out).

This basket is not meant for jetson pro ebike. You can make it work by changing the bolts to a longer one's or slightly drilling the bolt hole 1/2 the way through, so that the bolts can fit yet the device still maintains structural integrity. After this, the basket will be sturdy enough to hold the dog. But please note that because the jetson bike is light, the dogs weight tips the bike when left alone and make it hard to maneuver when riding. I have two dogs, one is 8 lb and the other is 6 lb. Both made it hard to maneuver the bike. The bike doesn't come with a leash hook, so if you have a daredevil, be aware. I am still keeping this basket, not as a pet carrier but as a bike lunch box. It keeps food cold and is easy to remove, plus it looks great on the bikes.

Cute and useful and easy to mount

Wife wanted us to get some "comfort bikes" for our geezerdom, so I sprung for 'em and then she sez, "I want a basket." - The fabulous people at the bike shop were appalled at the idea, and what I remember were the wire things with braces on the front axle from childhood, and that sit on beach rental bikes.WOW, what a surprise to find things like this on good ol' Amazon. Ordered it up, slapped it on the front bars of my better half's bike, and she just LOVES it.They're not kidding. It's really stout fabric. The top and bottom fram and little side inserts make it PLENTY sturdy. I would have like it if the cute ittle zipper pocket had been made long enough to slip the inserts into when istoring the basket, but I'd guess they won't walk away from inside the collapsed basket. The ad notes that it collapses sideways like a handbag, but you DO have to remove the top frame to do that, and I found that a bit cumbersome.That said, it was VERY eas to install. The handlebar clamp inserts made it fit perfectly. The little leveling adjuster doesn't work on this particular bike (the bar frame is hollow underneath) but that's not Anzome's faut, and it fits perfectly anyway. the locking mechanism locks easily and stays put yet allows unlocking and removal of the basket very easily. They include a velcro strap for tying shifter and brake cables out of the way but I didn't need it. Didn't have to deflect the cable position much at all. Did have to move the silly little reflector on the bar, but that's it.Bravo. Well designed, quality piece of work. I'm ecstatic.

We use this on a scooter for mobility issues. The one we had, that came with the unit, was the same brand, but it was constructed with two pieces of tubular metal joined with two pieces of plastic, on on each side. My wife accidentally crashed the scooter into the back wall of an elevator, and the two pieces of plastic snapped. Rather than spending the time mending it, I searched for the same basket as was shipped originally. That way we wouldn't have to take of the existing mounting hardware. After careful review, I was able to match the brand and ordered it. It arrived in just a couple of days, and I discovered that the rim is now unbroken metal, a huge improvement in reliability.

I this basket was installed on my mountain bike handle bar. I like how easy it was to install, how it can be detached, and it is solid when mounted. It can be used as a bag and it has some small pockets. My dog loves it even though she is impatient. I would assume by the built quality that this basket can hold up to 20 lbs, but I have not tested it. One thing I feel it needs is a place to put a leash. It came with a short leash and it is unclear on how to use it but it works to hold my dog inside securely. Enjoy the photos to see how it fits.

I have been extremely happy with this product, which I use for my 40-minutes commute twice a day in Southampton with the British rainy weather.Fits well on the bike, has a lot of space, looks great. I did a lot of heavy shopping commuting back home and it worked.But bear in mind that very heavy shopping (like several bottles of liquid; milk, water, etc) will cause the frame to deform somehow (only) “when” your bike passes bad bumps. But that’s not a downside of this product at all.The only issue I had was that the waterproof cover has two downsides:1) where it ties in the middle will be left with a small hole, making it pass water inside under medium-heavy rains2) the cover starts from the inner part of the bag’s circumference, not its outside, hence leading and collecting the water inside the bag, as opposed to its outside in an ideal bag, and causing trouble under heavy rain.Other than those, its great and I’d give a 5 star.

EDIT - the clasp part on the actual basket that locks to the handlebars attachment has broken with only very moderate use - also if considering this item FYI the clamps that attach to the handlebars don't hold it in place even if you select the correct shims; it needs the small bolt in the centre to be adjusted to press against the steering tube or stem (depending on height of these items on your bike). The supplied bolt is about a third of the length needed on four different bikes our family has - useless in other words as every bump you go over means it tips over and interfers with the mudguard (if you have one) or wheel (if you don't) and we have had to buy other items to make it workable. Still don't expect it to last and if you ever put anything heavier than a loaf of bread in it all bets are off. VERY disappointed, considering sending it back but will see what the vendor suggests first about how to rectify it. It's telling that in all the photos they don't show you the basket fitted with this issue apparent (bars are turned to hid in one, bag not clipped on in another etc...)

I've just bought an electric mountain bike with rear suspension, so there is no place for a rear pannier rack. I hate cycling with a back pack, so this handlebar mounted bag is absolutely ideal.. (You can fold it flat when it isn't in use, if you are concerned about your "cool" image too.). It pops on and off in no time, and holds a surprising amount. I carry a D lock, a small repair outfit and an emergency waterproof, and there is still room for a few days shopping plus a small dog. (I'm disappointed that mine didn't actually come with a dog as shown in the online photos though.

This is a nice enough basket for very light items, but don't expect to secure a small dog or anything slightly substantial. The frame attachment connects nicely but the plastic clip that holds the basket in place is not good enough and will snap in time. The cardboard base provided is inadequate. Add this together and what you end up with is a basket that sags lower and lower until it's resting on your tyre.

I had help installing but it seemed quite straightforward. I wish the basket structure allowed space to attach a night light. It’s got reflective straps but currently my light is on the bike handle so a bit blocked by the basket unfortunately.
