Not too little, not too much
Replaced the SRAM X-sync 2 Eagle 32T chain ring on my (custom) 2019 Scott Genius with this 30T. I am happy with the result. Climbs are noticeably easier but overall the bike's feel remains the same.

Not so much Grey as Blue
Everything about this chain ring meets or exceeds my expectations except the color. The picture on the website looks true grey, but in sunlight it looks more like gunmetal grey with a notably bluish tinge.
