Anolon Advanced Hard Anodized Nonstick Griddle Pan/Flat Grill, 10-Inch, Gray

I recently bought one of those fancy ovens that allow you to sync two of its burners. This griddle allows me to take full advantage of that feature. This is a very solid griddle that you can use with or without the rack, which is easily removed. I really like the griddle's padded handles. they make it much easier to lift the griddle when you need to.I used it to cook bacon and eggs and opted to go without the rack to give it more heat. I really like this griddle it is a solid griddle and is pretty easy to clean. The food did not stick to the griddle at all while I was cooking it. I am very happy with this purchase and this is now my go to griddle. I highly recommend this product.

I have several All-Clad SS pieces that are ok but they’re not nonstick & wanted to try the Anolon Advance & soo glad I did cuz I LOVE them! They are made well, heavy enough & perform like a dream & NEVER stick! I love this 2- section skillet cuz it lets me add onions to my side since my son is allergic. So many meals I made without the essential onions so now I’m very happy & enjoying every morsel. The price is a third of my ALL-CLAD “NON-STICK SKILLET” which I threw out do to the poor quality of the so-called non-stick surface that lasted less than a year. Thank you Anolon Advance!

All my pots and pans are Analon. They are wonderful, easy to clean, and long lasting. My only issue with griddle is I wish it was a little wider. Love it anyway.

I really like this grill pan. The higher sides keep things from splattering all over the stove. And the carved spout lets you pour the oil into a can without mess. Plus it is so easy to clean. It’s a big improvement over the Calphalon one that it replaced.

The media could not be loaded.  This pan is unbelievable it’s amazing in so many ways especially if you want to cook quick without making a big mess. It’s such a good nonstick pan things just slide right out of it I highly recommend.

Holds heat well cooks evenly! I've been looking for a new pan and decided on this one and so glad I bought it!! Very happy and I'm picky!!

When our old Anolon griddle started sticking we decided to buy a new one. Since we were happy with the original we presumed that the SAME GRIDDLE would be the same. However, the griddle has been re-designed, obviously to maximise profit- so IT IS NOT THE SAME. So, now you see a lot of high scores on Amazon, but for what product? Since Anolon cannot gaurantee what you are getting, they can make the product as cheap as they want as long as people continue to purchase them. The new version is so bad we just threw it away and went back to the original. The real issue is that you can't trust this company as they do not appear to hold quality as their goal, but rather profit. The issue: Pancakes do not cook even and they stick to the pan. The pan is much lighter than the original pan. The original pan was 59oz and the new pan is only 46oz. Take this to the limit and you are cooking on top of a sheet of aluminum foil. Is lighter really better? As an engineer and also a cook I can tell you that thinner pan is NOT better. What you want is stability and even steady heat transfer. So, Anolon started off with a good design, then changed that design to a gimmic. This is very sad because I will NEVER trust an Anolon product again.

My fault - in UK Avalon’s Advanced Hard range is induction friendly but this colour is discontinued. So paid extra to import from US. Looks stunning - wonderful size. But does not work on induction hob so completely useless to me.In fairness, the description does not say it is induction friendly. Equally, it does not warn that it is not. I just assumed the same brand/model would be the same in US. So disappointed.

After reading reviews all over the internet I had decided to spend a higher then average amount of money to get a quality pan.Wow I I was wrong picking this one.I’m used to cooking with stainless steel and as such you don’t use much heat. Carrying that over to my first use of this pan I kept the settings low. I have a Maytag stove with a bridge burner. The first time I used this pan on the lowest setting you could see it warp.Don’t buy this unless you feel like throwing away your money.As you can see in the pictures, side to side it’s warped almost 1/4” and end to end it was just slightly more.

Buen tamaño, cubre el largo de dos parrillas. Por el alto de sus bordes lo utilizo para freír con poco aceite y en una sola pasada freír un 1.5 kg de pescado o milaneas de res o pollo. Excelente recubrimiento de Teflon y buen espesor de la placa.
