CERBERUS Strength Triple-Ply Knee Sleeves

I've been using these triple ply knee sleeves for several months now and really like them. Not too tight, not too loose, and my knees feel much more secure than without them. I use them primarily because I tend to have sore knees after squats, deadlifts, etc., but not with these triple ply sleeves.I much prefer these to neoprene sleeves because they don't trap in moisture, nor do they start smelling bad after awhile. While they don't provide as much heat as neoprene sleeves, they do still keep your knees warm, and they provide great support. I'm not sure they necessarily help you lift more, but they can help you squeeze out an extra rep when you might otherwise fail.I sized according to Cerberus recommendations and at first I thought they may be too loose. In time, I've decided they are just right. I also have triple ply knee sleeves from Strength Shop in a tighter size, and find added tightness neither helps or hurts the lift, but the tightness does add discomfort, plus a lot of effort to get them off. Whereas, I can pretty much just slide on and off the Cerberus sleeves without any effort.If I had any complaint about these it would be that I think they may be overpriced a bit. As mentioned before, I also have triple ply sleeves from Strength Shop. The materials and construction are identical to the Cerberus ones, but the StrengthShop ones are quite a bit lower in cost. I suspect both sleeves come out of the same factory in Asia, though who knows, neither indicates where they are made.In any case, I have no regrets about purchasing the Cerberus sleeves and they continue to perform well after dozens (maybe hundreds) of uses. These are the sleeves that I use most because they are sized just right, even if I originally thought they might be too loose.

It’s a great knee support but the only problem my wife and I have faced so far was finding the right size for our knees, the website measurements are not accurate as advertised when I measured my wife’s knees as instructed it stated that she would need a extra large but now that we received the item it’s just a little bigger not by much but definitely bigger.

Awesome sleeves. Suffered with my knees from past injuries, but knees feel so much more stable and feel more confident with these on during heavier leg presses or squats. These are a thick sleeve and will require patience putting them on at first as they grip well. I did the folding method to get them on but have found they do get better after you use them (well worth trying them on at home before heading to the gym if it's your first sleeve this quality). Big Loz has done a video on YouTube on how to put them on if you struggle, these are designed to be tight after all. Highly recommended sleeve.

Measured as an XL and the M size fits well but not so tight that it stops circulation. Great knee stability for the squat and can double as a elbow sleeve!
