I was heartsick when I saw pasta on my diet restriction list. I tried many substitutes but texture is very important to me as well as taste. When I discovered Fiber Gourmet I couldn’t wait to try it. I have to admit to you that I am a food snob. I had a few acceptable pasta brands that met my standards. Now faced with the reality of no pasta in my life, I just couldn’t accept it. I ripped open my first bag of FG Rotini and dumped it into salted (like the sea) boiling water. I tested one to see if it was Al Dente and wasn’t quite convinced at first bite that I would like it Texture wise it passed. Taste wise I wasn’t sure. I served it up with our traditional sauce and garnished with our favorite Parmesan. I can honestly say that I do not feel like I compromised by much in regards to taste and texture. Now, having had more meals with Fiber Gourmet, I do not miss my traditional pasta at all. This is worth a celebration! Anyone who has searched for a replacement for a critical ingredient such as pasta knows how hard the endeavor is. I bring you great news. The search is over! Fiber Gourmet is the answer. I was hesitant to try this pasta, but I am glad I did. It is half the calories of regular pasta and lots of fiber. It is delicious, tastes like regular pasta! I got the linguini to make "spaghetti" and meatballs and it was delicious, I hope they can create spaghetti pasta. Highly recommend if you would like to try a low carb option without sacrificing the taste.

We have been trying to find a WW friendly pasta that actually tasted like pasta and were failing miserably. This pasta is AMAZING... taste, texture, all of it is just like regular pasta and while a little pricy, it is worth every cent if you are looking for a pasta alternative.

I was very skeptical to buy this pasta but I decided to give in and try it. And I am so happy I did! I use this to make all kinds of dishes and it legit tastes like normal pasta and I honestly prefer this now! I love the packaging and the shape of the noodles make it so easy to weigh out! Really great pasta so glad I found it!

As somebody who’s on a diet & loves pasta this is a great choice. Low calories & tastes just perfectly fine to me. Bought this twice so far.

I am thoroughly impressed. Pasta is my vice. I have tried so many pasta alternatives and I always end up trying to convince myself that I enjoy it...this pasta hits different. It has the exact same texture of traditional pasta and same lovely, comforting taste without the guilt. I am a forever fan. Also, I do not typically write reviews, so this product was good enough for me to write one!

I was afraid it would have an off taste or something but it taste just like any other pasta. I had to cook a little bit longer than the directions call for but I don’t care for my pasta al dente. Just a matter of personal preference. This is just from the first time I tried it so I will see as time goes on but at this point I would say it’s definitely worth the money I paid for it. Enjoy it

This pasta give a good sized portion. It does leave you feeling satisfied for a pasta craving, but not exactly like traditional pastas. I liked it and will continue to use it. I feel like it is over priced, but aren’t all groceries right now?! Especially, low carb options… It’s still got almost an entire days allotment of carbs in this, so would be appropriate for someone who follows OMAD since you wouldn’t be able to have many other carbs with this if following keto. I am just low carb, but wanted to let keto people know that it isn’t a great option unless they do OMAD.
