I just got a new mattress that I generally like but it's a tad too firm. I LOVE the alignment and support that my mattress gives me and just wanted to add a little bit of softness to it. I picked 2 inch topper according to Viscosoft's recommendations. However, it appeared to be too much for 130 lb sleeper - it caused sinking, mushy/stuck in mud sensations and most importantly I felt that I lost underlying mattress support. I felt like I was NOT bottoming out on it and that that I could not even feel my mattress underneath it which is definitely not what I was going for.I suspect that 2 inch might feel like 3 inch for light people so beware :)

We put in spare bed room . Granddaughter wanted a softer bed . She will be here over July 4 , so we will see if it passes her test of approval!

Needed a little more cushion on my mattress and WOW this is it!!

Product is as described. Purchased 2" queen size. Fits properly and, while brand new, desired immediate comfort improvement results were met. 3" would probably be better but didn't want to risk existing linens not fitting.

Helped with my back pain immediately after use. Recommend for anyone who needs a softer bed, but doesn't want to swing the price of an entirely new mattress!

This is by far hands-down, the best purchase I’ve ever made for myself. Prior to purchasing this mattress topper, I was having a horrible time sleeping comfortably. I’m a side sleeper with rounded shoulders, and I would constantly wake up with shoulder/neck pain. It got so bad that I would wake up in the middle of the night in pain. I purchased several different pillows before finding out what worked for me and before purchasing this mattress topper. I finally got relief when I combined my purple pillow (the silicone one) with this mattress topper. I sleep so well at night now! I’ve had this topper for about 6 months and it is the best money I have ever spent. It hasn’t lost any of it’s original form or comfort. I would have spent so much more. You can’t put a price tag on a good nights sleep!

Love this mattress topper. I finally sleep better. I am light weight and bony and finally feel relieve on my pressure points.

I have a keen sense of smell and having a mattress topper with less odor was a priority. This topper had almost no smell right out of the wrapping. I did let it air out and fluff up for a day (turning it over once). It went into shape and has no odor issues.Shipping arrival was on time, and the product was in fine condition. It was well wrapped to keep it clean and protected in the shipping box.This topper is worth the money. I only wish I would have gotten this mattress years ago!

First of all, I did TONS of research on these toppers before buying one. I read too many reviews of the product coming from China and having an "awful smell". So I finally found TWO that are actually MADE IN THE USA. From the product descriptions, I liked Viscosoft best. And I was right! I originally bought the California King so I could cut it up and make dog beds for my 11 year old Rottweiler, who is often stiff when getting up. I managed to make 2 big ones (both in the family room) and one smaller one (in the bedroom). Then I ordered 2 more for myself and my sister, who is a real "problem sleeper". I LOVE mine, and my sis said she sleeps like "a dream" on it and doesn't wake up in pain from tossing and turning all night. All 3 were the 2". So today, I ordered a 3" for my dog, so his bedroom bed can be cut bigger (45" x 52") and be even better for his sleep since it's an inch thicker. I even ordered a beautiful soft blanket to cover it (and may review after I receive it).The bottom line is--ANYONE who is reading this and is debating whether it's worth it--YES!!! IT IS!!!!! You will NEVER regret buying this, and you will sleep better than you ever have in your life. No funky smell, no wondering where the material came from--just a "dream pad" for Heavenly sleep, awakening without the stiffness or soreness that comes from a regular mattress. Oh, and it's NOT "hot" to sleep on. It's just perfect.Give your body the gift of a perfect night's sleep. This is one of the best things I've ever done in my life--and I simply can't praise this product enough!
