Kind of subtle
I have been taking this for awhile and have noticed I am more calm & not so easily "set off" by unexpected events . Its not just like 1 day you notice it all of a sudden ,its just like over the course of weeks , looking back at something its like oh man that didn't even phase me . I don't like taking prescription anti depressants so this is perfect for me . I am a very impatient & somewhat demanding person ,but while taking this I don't even remember the last time I had a melt down from something that normally would have been a big deal . I will continue to use this ,I like the calmer me .

Wow!!
I've been taking this a little over two weeks. I've tried a lot of different supplements for my bad anxiety, that didnt help. But this, wow. The difference I feel is huge. I feel so much more positive. I have more patience, energy, and motivation. It might not work the same for everyone. But as someone who hasn't had luck with much else, its wonderful.
