Umm… pretty but not practical
It definitely is plated and the rose gold color maybe stayed for a few days. Not even a week before it turned. It’s heavy and you feel the pull.. pinching feeling on the back of your neck once you add your badge. I threw the chain away but kept the round medallion because I like the quote.

Just what I wanted
This lanyard is beautiful, seems to be pretty strong, a good length, beautiful, and very easy to use as a holder or a regular necklace. My only complaint is the clip for the holder is a little big and because of it's shape it sometimes holds my triangle attachment at a weird angle, but all I have to do is wiggle it a bit and it holds it straight again, so not really a problem, just a touch annoying. I feel like it was a good price for what I need it for. And after wearing it all the time for at least a couple weeks, it's held up well!

The durability is there I had to move the clip kept pulling it off when getting on from desk. It a very feminine piece it's very beautiful well worth the money 💰
