Crayola Take Note Colorful Writing Set, At Home Crafts for Kids, Bullet Journal Supplies, 19 Pieces

Smooth bright and lasts well love these!

For the money this (I paid $10) this is an excellent set! Definitely worth the money if you want to try out the take note products before buying a whole set of the ones you like best.I think everyone’s writing needs are different but over all the products are all pretty good and would be great for kids. They even come in a resealable pouch with the contents labeled nicely on the back. If you’re picky about writing utensils like I am, here’s my in depth review with picture reference of each color/item.-felt tip pens: (I bought the pack mostly to try these. I was disappointed in them as pens)Cons: • they are extremely washable! I labeled a letter with the felt tip pen, it got a few rain droplets on the sender address and the ink completely disappeared in the areas rain hit Causing it to be returned to me. (Thank goodness I used a return address sticker instead of writing it as well) • they have a thick tip for felt tip “pens” these Feel more like a fine marker than a felt tip pen and they bleed through normal paper like a marker would.Pros: • Awesome design! I love the triangle grip shape. • pretty colors • great as washable marker/pens for coloring or drawing. I can let kids use them without any worry that they’re being messy.-Dry Erase markers:Pro: good large round normal dry erase markers in black and blue. With large tip for a big dry erase boards or Bold writing. Erase easily.-Gel Pens:Con:•don’t always flow consistently.Pro:• nice colors• don’t bleed through pages and don’t seem to smear like some gel pens do.• Click type pen with rubber comfort grip.-highlighter pen combo: *my favorite of the set*Con:•same marker/pen as the “felt tip pens” on the pen end of the combo.Pro:• great colors that are easy to see through on paper.• I love these for highlighting and then using the pen end to underline, circle, cross out items! They are perfect for marking up a paper. (I don’t use them for taking notes as the pen is too thick and bleeds too much for making lots of notes in margins on most normal spaced/double sided)• great for carrying one item and being able to highlight and then write on A post it an extra note with the pen side.- Erasable Highlighters:Cons•the highlighters included are pretty dark for use over printed text, except the “glow party”yellow which doesn’t erase well on some papers and Blue “royal majesty” erases but leaves a Grey-ish eraser mark on most paper. (Note: you have to use the eraser on the end of the highlighter you are using to erase. Ie- blue eraser won’t work on yellow at all.)PRo: Overall these are a great concept - I liked the pink one so much I purchase a full pack of these highlighters. I’d highly suggest the Crayola Take Note erasable highlighters “Pastel Party” set. I have no Cons for the pastel colors. They come in lighter & easier to read through colors. All of the pastels seem to erase well on every type of paper I've tried (text books, printer paper, post it’s, labels, loose leaf, posters)-Permanent Markers:Pro: same nice design as the felt tip pens. Comes in blue and black. Tips are similar to the felt tip pens but permanent.(Possible Con for some? -they look similar to the felt washable tip pens except state “permanent marker” in small writing under the crayola take note logo. you may want to remove these from the pack if you don’t want your children to accidentally use permanent markers as pens)

I absolutely adore this writing set. The pens and markers are smooth and easy to use. The variety in the set is suitable for someone who is looking for bright, pretty colors (pastel green, fuchsia, teal) mixed in with more standard colors (black, blue), and the ability to use different types of tools to enhance the journaling/planning experience. Crayola has curated a lovely, simple set that has more than paid for itself. I gave the "giftability" 4 out of 5 stars because the bag in which the set comes, while very useful and practical, lacks some of the sparkle and pizazz of some other kits. I personally love the practicality and ease of use, but someone else might be underwhelmed by the simplicity. SO glad I made this purchase!

this is a great way to try out crayolas different types of writing utensils they offer, i ended up buying pens after using this pack. great product!

Loved this set so much, I got it when it was $6 tho, I would not spend more than that on this. I have rarely run out of ink before in pens but with these, I’ve had them for about 3 months and 3 of the pens are goners now. Ran out of ink super quick. Besides that I love this set I use all of the items regularly.

I bought these to use in my classroom after having purchased one of the Crayola pens previously. There are 5 clicky gel pens, 5 felt tip pens, 3 erasable highlighters, 2 double highlighters, 2 dry-erase markers, and 2 markers.The colors varied, but most were blue, black, or purple. The gel pens are great -write smoothly and last a long time. The felt tip pens are also nice and smooth. I love the erasable highlighters, and I think they work great. The other markers are all fine and work well. I have not tried washing them all off skin, but the gel pens wash off easily (really they don't work well on skin).If you want a variety of pens and markers - this is a great selection. Would definitely recommend.

I have fallen in love with the take note products by crayola. I love crayola products for in my classroom(dont tell me you do not love a fresh crayola crayon out of the box!?)(crayola crayons are better than any other brand!) But i love these! This pack gives you a little bit of everything and i was already addicted to the take note gel pens..but now i love all thr take note pens and markers! The erasable highlighter is pretty cool too! I HIGHLY recommend this variety pack of take note products especially if you enjoy writting or are a teacher or para in a classroom! Im already to purchase another pack asap! Good product,good price and will not let you down!

The mix of items was amazing. I previously had the pens and I'm loving the other items included in the package.

Great markers

Couple of unique colours but at least one of each type of writing tool was noticeably dried out. But for the price it’s good for trying out the take notes brand line up. I would not purchase any of them except for the permanent markers due to colour selection, size, price, and were the most opaque and are permanent of course.
