Easy to install because it's so flexible, fit perfectly on our Eljer toilet with a wide 3-inch drain. Seems to be well-made of good material.

I installed this on my Eljer Titan. It fit, but I had to cut the old one off at the ears, because it would not slip off, like the old one slipped on. It seems to fit OK, but I discovered I now need a new handle, either I was too rough, taking off the old chain, or its just poorly designed. I mention this as a warning; don't get rough with the handle.

Replaced my leaky old flapper, and it solved my toilet running problem. I have an Elger commode, and the flapper was not available locally. Thank you, Amazon!

I bought this flapper valve for my Eljer toilet and it works just fine. I could not find this item at Home Depot, which had a flapper that looked something like the Eljer one, but which failed after a few weeks.This flapper is also very easy to install. You don't need any kind of tool. Two holes or slots in the ears of the flapper fit over two pegs of the toilet. Because the flapper is made of fairly flexible plastic, all you need to do is pull the slots in the ears of the old flapper off the pegs in order to remove it. The ears of the new flapper then just need to be twisted or flexed a little in order to fit on the pegs.I should also say that this flapper does have a chain attached. Somebody once asked me if it had a chain, and I mistakenly said that it did not. I just took a look at it right now, though, and see that it does indeed have a chain attached. Sorry for the mistake!

Korky makes a great flapper for your crapper! This flapper has a much thicker rubber than the generic flappers I looked at. It was simple to install and no tools needed. When I ordered I made a mistake and ordered the wrong one but when I spoke with Korky they said they would comp me the correct one for being a new customer. I can't complain about that since it was my fault for the mistake. Now my toilet doesn't leak and my water bill is back to normal.

Eljer has been bought out by American Standard. Parts are hard to find. We tried several universal fit flappers but they just don't work as well. Occasionally the our Eljer Titan toilet would continue running. This did the trick.

This one seems to work well in my Titan III. I had previously gotten the more expensive Lasko flapper from Amazon and it didn't work. It was too floppy and leaked. This one is stiffer and has a larger bulb on the bottom to help center it. It is also guaranteed for five years. It does seem to be allowing more that 1.6 gallons per flush. but this can be adjusted by lowering the fill level perhaps. The thing is that it works and I won't have to get a new toilet. I think the Titan III is a great toilet. Works like a Toto for much less money. In fact we have Totos at work and they don't work near as well. This was a CR best buy. Don't know why it is so hard to get parts. Maybe I should order a half-dozen of these. That should last me the rest of my life.

Great product. Love the fact that it's made with rubber that will not deform from chlorine and cause leaks like my old one did.
