Consuelo Gran Aroma - Italian Coffee in whole beans - 500g

Delivered on 28-01-2021 and the dates on the pack are production date 18-06-19 and sell by date 07-06-21. So not exactly fresh but not stale either. At this price it’s what I expected. To get fresher beans we would have to spend a lot more with an artisan coffee roaster.Brewed in a moka pot the taste is very similar to Lavazza Qualita Rossa but slightly milder and sweeter. In fact the taste is almost identical to my personal blend which I achieve with a mix of dark roast Santos and light roast Mysore beans.Overall a good low price for what you get and recommended.

Meh. Was ok but not worth what was paid! Aldi do a better roast for 30% of the price.

I found it bitter not to my liking

Not bad but nothing special either. Average cup of Joe.
