Worked Great at First--Then Stopped Working
This citronella bark collar worked great for the first few weeks after I purchased it. My hound, who barks a lot, responded well to the collar. She would bark about 3 times, the spray went off, and she absolutely quit. Then the unit quit spraying. I made sure it was charged and filled the chamber, but it did not work. The lights seemed to go haywire. I will be calling the company to hopefully find out what is wrong.

Rather cryptic buttons & unclear if works
The button/light sequence for turning it on and off is rather cryptic. Once it is "on", it's not clear that it's on and I don't know if it times out and turns itself "off" or if you just turn it on once and then never need to turn it off again. Again, not so clear. Also what is not clear is if its working or not. Our dog has rubbed himself on the grass a couple times as if he had been sprayed with an annoying chemical, but both times we didn't smell anything. So, maybe he was just annoyed by the collar itself.Overall, disappointing so far.

It Freakin WORKS...!
Have a 9 month old westie. She goes to work with me every Tuesday. I ended up having to take her home aftet 2 hours because of constant barrking. Couldn't enjoy sitting on deck either. First day after 4 squirts she was cured. On i just put collar on and she's a different girl. If it can cure a Terrier it can cure any breed.

Boy does this work!
Put this on your dog and she'll stop barking after the second spray. We had a previous bark collar that emitted a buzzing sound, but she got used to it and would bark through it. Now all I have to do is put the collar on and she knows she can't bark more than once to let us know she wants in. It's a little heavy for a small dog, but I love the fact that it's rechargeable - saves on those little funny batteries most dog collars require. Great thing and it was easy to recharge as well.

Do not waste your money!
I have had similar collars before, they worked great. I charged batteries, added citronella, set everything up and no citronella has ever sprayed from these collars. I bought 2 of them. Now I find out I can’t return them!! They do not hold a battery charge either. What pieces of junk! Do not waste your money!

It works just for a while
The collar was easy to use and I was able to train my dog in just a week. However, the spray stop working after a month. My dog was already trained by then and I continue putting the collar even when it does not work (she didn't know it!).

Not for brachycephalic (smashed face) breeds!
I have a Pug and got this in hopes of minimizing her barking, I regretted my decision within 10 minutes. If you have a brachycephalic breed, you know they make a lot of noise in general. Even on the low sensitivity setting, this thing blasted my dog when she was breathing, sneezing, snoring, or any other little noises she makes naturally. I don't think the product is bad, just not for this type of dog.

Works well
I am not a fan of "E" collars. We travel in an RV so a puppy that barks like crazy at the slightest thing is not a good idea. I used the collar ONLY in the RV and only when we were parked in the park. It took about three "sprays" and puppy got the idea....that was day one. Day two he started up again so I put the collar back on. It took one spray and he was done barking for the day. He seemed to get the idea rapidly and I would recommend this collar if you have dog that barks uncontrollably...I would NOT recommend leaving it on the dog for extended periods of time. I mean, you want the dog to still bark and be a dog, but excessive barking can be a problem depending on the situation.
