So Far, So Amazing
I have what I believe may be a tailor's bunion and I haven't gotten a chance to see a foot doc as yet. I find that when I have a swollen area below the pinky toe that's firm but malleable and doesn't feel hard and bony like a bunion so idk what it is yet. Walking on any hard surface can be painful and very irritating to the area. Walking in shoes on pavement feels especially damaging and results in pain and even an awkward gate.I used one of these all day yesterday ( indoors and out) and was able to walk with PERFECT normalcy and had just about zero pain while walking. I do find that there is some soreness at rest and the swelling has not gone down but I am confident there is a LOT less stress being placed on that area due to the wonderful shock absorption in these. They are very thick and adhere very well. I had abolutely no issue with any shifting when I had it on in my ballet flat with the sticky side adhered to my foot.Tip: If it loses stickiness rinse it off ( all kinds of lint can accumulate on them) and it should be sticky again. They can also be attached using tape.

They are not what I was hoping for in a replacement
I was looking to replace the same type and thickness of pad that is on the myfootshop.com with this one due to its cost and description. It's not the same in it's stick ability and washing/reuse like three one sold there. It's close in it's feel and flexibility, but it's not the same type of gripping and sticking surface. This is mainly a glue type stick on. Its worth the price for the amount of these you received. But overall, of you're looking to replace the purple type on the myfootshop.com site, this isn't it.

Work well when positioned correctly
I bought the 1/4” thick to help with metatarsalgia and they work if positioned properly just behind the metatarsal heads. That is: behind, not on, the bones, to distribute pressure off the painful area. Comes as a 2 pack which is 4 pads. I’ve only needed one and I think they’ll last forever. They are reusable. Rinse off with water after use and they’re ready to stick on again when dry. Don’t know how that works but they stay in place. I’ve used the same pad rinsed daily for about 2 weeks with stickiness as good as new.

Comfortable and Reusuable!
I have had several foot surgeries and arthritis in my feet. I needed something to prevent callouses and protect pressure points. These silicone pads do this very well. They are reusable and are easily cleaned. They do not move, they stay in place. They stick without adhesive. I've tried many different products, these are the best I've found.

Amazon didn't like my first 5-star review - I think its AI is broken
Good product. Adheres to foot well (maybe Amazon's AI didn't like the word "sticky" in my first review...? or maybe "when placed behind the ball of my foot, below the metatarsal head" was the part that violated the community guidelines-? I guess we'll never know.) Suffice it to say these pads should not be used for any NSFW purpose but if you need something to relieve forefoot pain, give these a go. They can be rinsed and reused many times. Unlike products you might use in a NSFW setting. Never rinse and reuse those. Just these.

Good design - loses the stick quickly
Great comfort. However ... loses the stick way too quickly.I really like the design because the edges are tapered, and there are many ways to find a perfect fit for your particular foot / issue. However, the stick goes away quickly, and it because useless and moves around inside your shoe. My shoe has an insert with a sort of fabric-y top layer. I'm looking for the proper glue to keep it in place.

Too thick for me - low flexibility, increased pain over previous offering
This metatarsal pad is offered as a replacement for a previously offered product. The previously offered product was thinner and had a textured surface on the lower (shoe) side that kept it well positioned in the shoe. It worked well for me and, fortunately, I still have a few but their adhesive is rapidly wearing out.The replacement pad, this product, is significantly thicker than the previous offering, has no textured surface and actually increases my discomfort over NO pad. Clearly a cheaper product to manufacture but useless to me.
