Ever since I got this, the sun hoodie has instantly become my go-to for anything in the sun or where I might sweat. I have retired all of my button-up hiking shirts, which are much less comfortable, have less sun coverage, and are covered in unnecessary bits and pieces like breast pockets, collars, pleats, and buttons. The sun hoodie does everything better. The great thing about the hood is not just the coverage for your neck and ears, but the fact that it's thin enough to go under a hat to hold it in place.The Willit is quite a nice product for the price. The fabric is lightweight but still feels substantial, durable, and stretchy. It is very comfortable and has held up well through numerous adventures. I went ahead and picked the lightest possible color to reflect the sun: white. I really like the way it looks, and I went into it expecting it to get stains. Sure enough, it has picked up a few, but that doesn't bother me because it's a rough-and-tumble activity shirt and it gives it some character. It fits well overall, although it does run a bit small. I would recommend going up one size, since you want it a little loose for airflow. My t-shirt size is usually L but I ordered an XL, and I'd say that the sleeves are just barely long enough—using the thumb holes feels like it pulls too much and isn't comfortable. One feature I might wish for is a kangaroo pocket, but it's not necessary if you have pants pockets.Highly recommended, get a sun hoodie

I bought this hoodie to wear outdoors for sun protection. I need full coverage of my ears and the sides of my face when wearing a hoodie, due to my high risk of skin cancer. This hoodie fit well in every regard except the hood was too small for me. I wear hoodies over a baseball cap and this one left the sides of my face fully exposed to the sun. For someone who isn't concerned about this, it would probably work fine. I ordered a men's large and I'm 5'10". I have a large hat size but have no problem getting adjustable baseball caps to fit and have had good coverage with other hoodies made by Spyder. AFTCO and CooRun.

I really like the fabric, and it seems well made. I wore it on my boat last weekend and it was perfect. Kept the sun off but I was cool and it didn't stick to me

Comfortable. Very light even when soaked with sweat. It almost feels cold when you put it on before you even do anything. This thing surprised me. Works much better than all my UA/nike/whatever especially for working outdoors. Ordered more.

Seems to be of good quality, but fits on the slimmer side.

I bought this sun hoody hoping to use it for running and back packing in the summer. It features a nice, soft material and washes up well. Dries fast, too. But I have two major issues with it:First, the sizing. I'm about 5'6" and 137 lbs and the size S fits pretty well on the length, sleeves (a little too long but perfect when using the thumb holes), and chest but it's too loose around the waist. Could work well for, say, backpacking as the pack won't cause the shirt to ride up like it does on tighter garments. But it makes it look a bit silly if your just walking around town. My feeling on sizing is that a small would probably look better on somebody about the same height as me but a bit heavier, around 150 lbs. Then the arms and waist areas would look less loose.The second major issue is overheating. The material is too thick/bulky for the temperatures I've used it in. I've been training for a backpacking trip and the temperatures have been 25 to 30°C with 65 to 70% humidity. After my 2 hour workout (walking up and down hills with my backpack on) I'm completely drenched in sweat. If you're just sitting on a boat fishing or lying around at the pool or on a beach, this may be okay, but it's too thick for anything like running or hiking in hotter temperatures. I think this would be better in spring/fall temperatures of about 14 to 20°C if you're doing any high impact activities.Overall I like it for activities that don't involve too much movement but would recommend of the more expensive, closer fitting, technical sun hoodies from the bigger brands for running and back packing in hotter conditions.

I have had different brands before, where they were too heavy, seams in awkward places, and not comfy. These however are awesome, I wear them often( i do a lot of outdoor activities, including a lot of fishing)These fit like the Columbia type but feel a bit more comfy.( and no BIG LOGOS/GRAPHICS!) Really happy with them, will buy more

Muy buen artículo pero le pongo 4 estrellas ya que no es tan transpirable la tela, pero la función de protección UV esta excelente

I have only worn this indoors at the gym for a couple weeks here in the winter. It is light and fits well. I am not sweating much at all but after washing it I can tell for sure it has “retained” a bit of a stale scent that is the same as a few gym shirts I just threw out due to that same smell.I guess that is expected with a hoodie I am wearing to the gym. Without sweating much at all using this for sun protection in the AZ summer and really sweating I’d guess it will really get a permanent smell.

Nunca había tenido una hoodie de éste tipo, así que no se si así sean todas pero quema cuando hay sol, no se si sí se eficaz su filtro pero quema cuando le da el sol, y de la talla el gorro no concuerda con el resto de la prenda es muy pequeño el gorro

El material es muy ligero y fresco y de verdad ayuda mucho a combatir el calor y la quemadura en la piel, comparando con otras playeras de manga larga esta es muy buena ya que no se siente siquiera que pase el sol por la tela.

La pedí para mi esposo, es vdd que es un poco amplia la pedí XL... Es buena calidad por el precio que pagas!
