Purchasing dahlia seeds disappointing.
Very disappointing experience. Only 20-25 seeds were packed and only 4-5 germinated. More disappointing was the size & colour of the flowers. It’s nothing less than cheating customers.

Packet with less number of seeds
The packet has only 15 seeds,... instead of the promised 100 seeds of Dahlia.Either refund the money/ or send me a packet that has 100 seeds.
