Sturdy AND attractive
The packing was protective beyond comparison- so well protected on all sides. Not a single mark or chip. The craftsman’s ship of the piece is extraordinary- well designed with easy to assemble components. Metal cams and posts give the piece rigidity and strength. Draw glides allow for easy opening of drawers. Stainless steel top is brushed to decrease fingerprints. The adjustable shelf allows this unit to serve many purposes. The only caution: be aware that the directions assemble the unit up-side down and the drawings are a bit confusing- I had to take the center rail off to turned it around and the drawer glides are specific for LEFT and RIGHT. Just read ahead to the next step BEFORE you tighten cams or insert screws (in drawers) to eliminate disassembling.

Meh. Disappointed.
So I think overall, the storage cabinet looks fine. The color is nice because it’s not stark white; sort of a creamy off-white. Stainless steel top is nice. Putting it together was pretty painful. I’ve put together tons of furniture in my lifetime, but this one was very convoluted. At least the hinges came pre-installed. I also cannot get the drawers to look straight. Not sure why that is. It’s not terribly noticeable, but I notice it. Overall the size is nice. The bottom cupboard stores a lot (great for cookbooks) and the top glass-door cupboard section is also pretty nice. However, the drawers are a joke. They are super tiny and you can’t put any cooking utensils or much of anything in there. They are literally 9 inches wide by only 10 inches deep. Almost nothing fits in there. Then there is the open area under the hutch…it’s deceptively small. And as other people have mentioned a standard Keurig machine doesn’t fit so that you can open it. But, the biggest PAIN is the teeny-tiny opening in the back for cords. Most modern appliances have three-prong heads and they DO NOT FIT through the little half-moon shaped hole in the back. After a lot of cursing and searching for extension cords (which also had three-prong heads that didn’t fit), we decided to unscrew the top and just put the cords through and then screw the top back down again. I don’t know that I can recommend this.

Good quality
Very good quality cabinet. It does take two people to put it together. Doing it by myself was difficult so I got some help. Worth the money. I am very happy with my cabinet.

Great hutch, lots of storage room, perfect size!
Love this piece! I shopped in stores and online for 8 months before settling on this piece. I wanted something to fit a specific space that was 34" wide, 28" deep, which was nearly impossible to find... and I wanted a small display cabinet with glass doors (to protect/minimize dust on a few favorite pieces), base cabinet with drawers and room for a couple of larger kitchen items, and an accessible countertop for storage to move pet food/supplies out of my small kitchen. This piece gave me everything!- Pet food containers (will be shopping for prettier ones), vitamins, treat bucket and plenty of room left over on the counter top!- leashes, harness, dog brushes, meds, etc. in the drawers.- canned foot, pitcher, large serving bowl, lobster pot and booze including wine bottles in the base cabinet.- This is a very sturdy piece - it has adjustable feet for leveling too. This was packaged SUPER WELL. All pieces clearly labeled, hardware CLEARLY LABELED AND SEPARATED. This made the OCD me super happy.*The stainless steel countertop did have a burnished mark on the backside, almost like part of a water ring, but the hutch covers it.*There was one tiny nick on the right side of the base trim, but that side is on a wall so I didn't mind.*The glass panel in the left door of the hutch must have shifted during shipping - there's 1/8" gap between the glass and the groove for its insert, but isn't visible unless you're standing there up on it and looking for it.It is NOT WHITE (which I typically base on school notebook paper white). I would call it a bone white or ivory. It is a couple inches taller than my kitchen cabinets in height.Assembly (all by myself) was about 3 hours with a couple of short celebratory breaks in between. I think it helped that I took inventory first and laid out the pieces in alpha order. The instructions were great - but pay attention to the pictures/directions of features of pieces with drawers/doors. The hex bolt with cap didn't really make it clear that you needed the cap (small cylinder nut with a hole on top) inserted into its hole in the furniture with the screwdriver X facing out so you can hold it steady while you turn the bolt into place, but that may be picky of fairly handy little ole me. If you order the base cabinet alone, it is 2 boxes, the hutch/top comes in a 3rd box. I did elect to mount the hutch to the base cabinet BEFORE attaching the top and the doors and inserting the shelf so I could manage lifting it by myself.I did have an issue where the J pieces (backboards for the base cabinet) were NOT included in the original packaging - but an email to the seller and I received the pieces in 5 business days. One thing I liked seeing - the manufacturer is a sub-company of FlexSteel.Overall I am very very please!

Ideal for storage, as long as you don't need drawer space
An excellent small buffet for storing dishes. The wood is of very good quality and the design works well with other furniture in the dining area. There is ample storage space on two levels. The only disadvantage is the set of drawers. I had thought, by the measurements of the unit, that the drawers would be of standard size, and therefore, would be able to house my cutlery. Unfortunately, the drawers do not extend to the back of the unit. They are, therefore, much smaller and cannot fit even the smallest standard size of cutlery container. They are also too small for regular size placemats.
